Rain, rain, go away. Well, usually yes, go far away Rain!! Don't get me wrong, Fall to me, is for crisp, walk in the leaves crunch and slight warmth from the autumn sun. However, there are some days where you're totally OK with a dreary, rainy day. In fact, there have been a couple days where I was like, oh I have the day off, please rain so I can do several of these things on my favorites list below. Today is one of those days!! Yay!!
But, first.......
But, first.......

My other favorite pair of rain boots I own; these leopard Sperry's

There is just something so homey about candles burning on a rainy day, especially in the Fall and Winter months. Here are my favorite Fall candles that I burn regularly.
KENTUCKY BOURBON
This has been a long time favorite of mine. It's by a company called Candleberry and I get them online HERE
It literally smells up the entire house, even if you have a large one!! SOOO GOOD!!

DeleteI have been lusting after red hunter boots for the last month! Great minds think alike! Who would think you could create so many outfits with the red ones?! I am also loving the new fall candle line at B&BW. The Caramel Swirl smells divine but I also love the straight up Pumpkin Pie one. Smells like you're actually baking which I never am;)

Normally, I'm unhappy when it rains but it helped cool it down so I'm ok with it. Having cute rain gear also helps. I love those red hunter boots. I'm so boring my rain boots are gray. I totally need them in a fun color like pink. haha. Have a wonderful weekend.

DeleteOMG! We have the same exact crock pot! And I'm planning on using mine this weekend! Thanks for the mention of the new candle because I've been looking for a new one. I smelled the ones at BBW and the pumpkin apple was my fave. Thanks, friend, because now I will have that song by Milli Vanilli in my head all day! Blame it on the rain - looks rainy today here, too! Have a WONDERFUL weekend, Andrea!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I love how the candle company promotes the scent: "Totally intoxicating but legal." My kind of candle!
ReplyDeleteThis comment made me laugh so hard Laura! So I thought about putting the Milli Vanilli reference in the post but I have alot of young readers but how I knew you and some of my age set ladies would absolutely have that in our heads all day! Love you!!!
DeleteThose candles all look so yummy! And loving your new Hunters, I love an excuse to bring mine out of the closet :-D
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday <3
Yes, indeed! I believe I'm gonna need to wear mine to the football game tonight. They're Calling It the best game in the state and its pouring!!! Happy weekend!!

ReplyDeleteYes!! Pull that Hunter trigger girl, you won't be sorry!! ;-) Happy weekending beautiful!!
DeleteIs it bad I haven't consistently shaved my legs in weeks now lol!? All of the food please, maam! I love your red boots. I pull out my black Hunters just for anything outdoorsy come fall; so cute with jeans for trekking around at an outdoor concert or oyster roast. You've got me temped with the cute red ones now, though! Happy weekend, lovely lady and hope you enjoy a cocktail or two on a patio (sans rain!).
ReplyDeleteHee hee!!! High school and college football this weekend so I'll be in the boots and probably on the patio, ha! And date day is a brewery and pumpkin pickin. Sound romantic? Lots of fun and relaxing vibes headed your way my sugar!!!
DeleteI have been back and forth on whether I think I can get my money's worth from rain boots or not. I am still on the fence, but those red ones are lovely!!! I haven't heard of those candles before, but I love a good candle! My go to is bath and body works. Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThe Bath and Body Fall 3 wicks are really good this year! Thanks sweets and go have an amazing weekend!!

Doused In Pink
Yay! Enjoy, my friend and happy happy weekend!!
DeleteI am the exact same, I love rainy days when I'm indoors! OMG baking in the rain is literally my favorite past-time, so good! I totally want to buy a pair of Hunter boots but we don't get enough rainy days here to justify the expense, but they are so dang cute! We go from dry heat to maybe a couple of days of rain to full out snow storms. I love all the outfits and can't wait to see what you pair yours with! I hope you have a fantastic, fun weekend my absolutely gorgeous and sweet friend! XO -Kim

ReplyDeleteHa ha!! I'll do a lil rain dance for you so you can get them out! ;-) Happy weekend!!
DeleteI have the matte red Hunters and love them, but the shiny ones are sooo pretty too! I love cute umbrellas but if you use an umbrella in the PNW you get judged super hard! Haha. Caramel pumpkin swirl is sooooooo good! Love it!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, that's crazy!! I love the matte ones too, it was a tough decision! Wish I had one of each! Ha! Happy Friday!! ;-)
