Happy Festive Friday! I’m super excited about this edition of Friday favorites because it is everything you need this holiday season from Fabulous Shapewear to creating memories to my favorite purchase of the year, the Spanx leggings! let’s get to it so you can get on your merry festive Friday way!
1.
How many of you have heard about SKIMS? It’s Kim Kardashian‘s new line of
Incredible Shapewear and you’ll be blown away at how great it fits. Such smooth pieces to go underneath all your holiday outfits, making you feel more confident and hiding any Christmas cookie muffin tops or bulges, LOL!
2. Memories Made....
...with Our College Kids
Let’s face it, the best thing about the holiday season and really any time of year is creating memories with your family and friends! You need to do it! If you followed along on my Instagram stories last Saturday, you saw the fun time we had at Purdue. One of our sons goes to Purdue and the other one goes to Indiana University and Saturday was the Oaken Bucket where the two rivals played each other in football. How fun to hang out at the college bars with our boys and watch Indiana University win in double overtime!
...with Friends
Also got to spend time with a dear friend of mine and her precious niece for a festive holiday breakfast.
.....with our Birthday Boy
And on Wednesday traveled 4 hours down to Indiana University to see our oldest who had a birthday. Took him out to dinner, hung with some of his buddies and made the return for our trip home, all in one day. He’s a senior so hopefully this will be the last day trip to Bloomington, LOL! So blessed to see him on his actual birthday.
3. Week's Attire: The Wubby's
Let’s face it, we all need to be cozy and we all need cozy Wubby’s! I’ve shared so many of these awesome ones with you including one that I shared in my cozy gift guide on Monday but these are three that I own and three that I love and they would make super gifts! nothing fancy, no bright colors with these three but they literally go with anything and you can always add some pops of color!

ReplyDeleteThe Purdue / Indiana game and day seems like it was so much fun!! I am so happy to hear about skims...I really wanted a pair, but I wasn't sure if they lived up to it, or the buzz was more just around the name. And I totally agree about the Spanx...they are well worth the cost!
ReplyDeleteWubby - that's just fun to say
ReplyDeleteI love old childhood ornaments. They do get dusty & beat up & even smelly - but they are the best to see hanging from a tree. Childhood dreams come back when you look at them!
Loved all the pics and InstaStories from visiting your college boys, and love even more that you got to spend precious time with your birthday boy on his actual birthday <3

You look awfully cute holding that baby girl. You are going to love being a grandmother when the time comes. Nothing better. Congrats to your 2 seniors. I remember when they went off to college. How has it been 4 years? Love the leggings and the darling softy tops. Hoping Santa brings me faux leather leggings.
