WHAT'S UP WEDNESDAY ALL THE LOVE

Like I said last week, January is going kind of fast. We are getting a big snowstorm today and I’m hibernating, lol. I’m not completely sure if Shay and Sheaffer are continuing this link up in the new year but since I brought it back last month, I’m going with it. It’s kind of like my Friday favorites on steroids, lol!

1: WHAT WE’RE EATING THIS WEEK:

I'm cooking normal but a little healthier for Mr. Nine. But I’ve been eating very healthy, whole food, gluten and Dairy Free. Last Friday I shared the yummy gf cookies, but next Monday I will have an entire post dedicated to gluten and dairy free eats.

And of course, I had to share my Galentine’s Tray. See how I did it HERE

2. WHAT I’M REMINISCING ABOUT:

My Daddy. He has been in and out of the hospital recently and I’ve been so worried. Pray for him especially to break up the clot on his lung (Pulmonary Embolism). I normally keep other's health quite private but I need your prayers.

Here are a couple favorite pics.

3: WHAT I’M LOVING:

A more laid back January, organizing all the things and hanging with my sweet Girl, Stella Mae.

SEROVITAL

I know I completely sound like a broken record here, but I can’t stop won’t stop with my favorite Beauty brand Serovital, especially when they come out with new products that WOW me. This RetinAll serum is fragrance free friends! And you will noticeably see a difference in fine lines, wrinkles, and texture of your skin. Tons of my friends and followers have bought their products and are loving them! Get Serovital HERE.

4: WHAT WE’VE BEEN UP TO:

Went to Ball State this past weekend for a swim meet for our son’s girlfriend. She is a senior and it was a last home meet! She’s so good.

13: FAVORITE AMAZON FIND:

This MUGThe first couple that got engaged of our sons, I immediately got on Amazon and got her this MUG for a Christmas present. A couple weeks ago she sent me this picture that she got her nails done to match the mug, so stinking cute. Great find for the engaged girlie in your life!

I will keep your family in my prayers. I lost my Dad in August unexpectedly. My Mom was in hospice care since September 2021, and she just passed December 30th. It is stressful watching and caring for your parents during their decline. You will never regret spending your extra time with them. I visited everyday after work and on the weekends. Now, I spend my extra time with my Havanese pup.

  13. Lots of prayers for your dad; I know just what you mean about trying not to share about other's health issues (my step father, who's more like my dad than my actual father) is really struggling with some health issues right now too. You're going to be such a wonderful mother in law! That mug is awesome!!

  19. Especially coming from someone who has a history of blood clots, I am sorry to hear your dad is struggling with this. This is so hard. Thanks for sharing so we can be praying. I watched Ginny & Georgia and to my surprise, I teared up in a few of the later episodes of season 2.

I totally understand your dread for your aging parents. Taking care of them is hard. My parents lived to their mid 90’s but the last 15 years were extremely hard. I’m the one aging now. I hope my daughters don’t have to go through the same things. My mom had Dementia. I pray I don’t.

  23. I'll be praying for your dad! I've been having the hard conversations with my mom in law as well as my parents. What makes it doubley harder is that my kiddos are young (5 to 16) so sometimes it is really hard to juggle everyone's needs.
Loving those 2 bright pink vests!

  29. First off, I am so sorry your dad is having health issues. It's so difficult as parents age and we get into the roles of care givers. Hugs. I have to agree that I've been loving the laid back January vibes as well. They've made me so happy and I feel actually really rested. I've been wanting to start Ginny and Georgia as well, but it might be a bit as we began a new murder mystery called Three Pines. Have a great week ahead.
