DECKING THE NEW HALLS

Happy Monday sweet Babes! So hard to believe Christmas is a week from today. As you know, it's been hard to immerse myself in the Christmas season with a big move, in snowstorms non the less, house showings, work, etc. but we're moved for the most part and my first priority was decking the new halls a tad bit. My husband, bless his heart, made sure the first big item set up was the Christmas tree and had it put together with the lights on when I walked in. So I made sure and decorated it that first night.

While I may not be all decked out like I usually am, I do have some festiveness to share. And you can bet, next Christmas I'll be going hog wild and Holiday decor will be everywhere. For now, it's hard to show you much because there are boxes everywhere, lol. I bit off a little more than I could chew to keep blogging, working and moving at Christmas but here's a taste.

Haven't even got it hung yet, lol

This beauty graces my office/craft room, which is full of grays, golds, pinks and champagne. Cannot wait to show it to you.

Another tree from the home office in pinks and gold

Just a simple tree in the kitchen nook

Yep, its a double sided fireplace

Tree & Container from Michaels

No chairs yet but one of my favorite rooms in the house. Well, heck, I love them all.

We've since added more Christmas to the front and still waiting on black shutters but I had to take a pic with the snow. So pretty and it all melted yesterday.
Come back for Christmas snow!

Over the next month or two. I'll be sharing lots more of the new house and all the details as I get things decorated and set up. You guys, I am blessed and honored to live in this home. Mr. Nine and I hope to create so many memories here and as our family grows over the years, sit back and soak it all in with grateful hearts and cozy, warm love.

Blessings to you as you start this last full week before Christmas. May your cups be full of holiday cheer, good health and so much love!

xoxo

  6. Oh good Lord girl, this home is BEAUTIFUL!!! I love everything, especially the front porch!! Those trees in your office are so pretty, I especially love the one with the body and tree as a skirt. I've seen large ones like that here but not the smaller one which is perfection! I love that Mr. Nine set up your tree first, shows your priorities - creating a loving place for your family together for your favorite holiday. I wish you many, many wonderful years in your dream home!

  15. Your new home is so beautiful! And you've done a great job decorating for the holidays considering you are still unpacking! Even though I'm unpacked, decorating was harder this year because the house isn't fully decorated the way I want it yet. If it's not absolutely perfect, I struggle. Haha!
