MINI S'MORES CHEESECAKE CUPS

HAVE I EVER GOT A DOUBLE TREAT FOR YOU!!! Yep, that's right, it's all in caps and bold because it is that exciting. Well, at least for me, lol

It's a partaaay today! I've got a TWOFER for ya, yeah it's a word done up by my friend LAURA. Y'all (in her honor) it's 2 POSTS IN ONE!! Know why..... cause it's National S'mores Day AND a little Summer Style thrown in. The recipe and outfit I'm styling' go hand in hand!! The S'mores Recipe Blog Hop was the perfect way to observe this National Camp Fire Treat!

What you'll need

MINI S'MORES CHEESECAKE CUPS 

Ingredients

8 who sized Graham crackers crushed, to 1 cups graham cracker crumbs

butter

1 Tablespoon sugar

cream cheese, softened

powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

large marshmallows, not minis

Hershey chocolate bars

Teddy Grahams, optional

whipped topping

Directions

Mix melted butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs, press down in the bottoms of your dessert cups. This can vary depending on size of cups. I like less graham cracker anymore cheesecake mixture, lol. Place the marshmallows in a medium microwave sake bow to soften them, about 20-30 seconds, to them add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla and mix with mixer until smooth. Spread mixture over crumbs in each cup. Place the broken up Hershey bars in another microwave safe dish, I used a large 4 cup liquid measure glass and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until chocolate is smooth. Pour gently over cream cheese in a swirl pattern. Take a butter knife and swirl chocolate back and forth.
