FRIDAY FAVORITES...ON CLOUD WINE EDITION

Happy Friday and crazy to say the last one in July. This week has been uneventful. Gearing up for Back to school and college while still soaking up Summer. Hope you’re enjoying the season and like many of us, looking forward to Fall and cooler temps after Mother Nature went Crazy again! Should be cool enough here to sit out on the Lanai that I shared with you on Monday. Now, Let’s Talk Favorites!

Sarah from Foxy's Domestic Side

On Wednesday, I showed you my adorable On Cloud Wine sweatshirt. Well, I’m excited to tell you more about the sweet bloggy friend who gave it to me. It's Sarah from Foxy's Domestic Side! LOVE this girl! This amazing southern California beauty is not only sweet, funny and gorgeous but she is super smart and let's just say VERY important but "It's Classified!" She is also a Blended Blog Sister, crafty, can cook and oh so domestic! She is a Go Go Go girl like me and the light of the lives of her family and friends! 

This girl is one of the BEST organizers I know. LOVED her post on Organizing your home. Sarah’s family is the absolute cutest. See her awesome post on Picking Family Photoshoot Outfits because their family photos are precious. Another fun post of Sarah's is How to Make Mom Friends. It's such a goodie because Sarah is one of the most genuine, happy friends I know. Sarah and her hubby are a pure joy and I love that their anniversary is on my birthday! They are the epitome of a strong and sweet marriage and she wrote a great post about Love Being a Choice HERE. She has the most beautiful hair, can style and braid it a million different ways and is a beauty product expert in my opinion. Trust me when I say you come away happy from reading Sarah’s BLOG and even luckier if you get to meet her.

3. WEEK'S ATTIRE

Guess it’s Graphic Tee week, lol. Especially Love the saying “LOVE WINS!”….because it truly does!! This reminded me of Sarah too because she had a similar Love tee on her BLOG this week. This Rock and Roll All Night one has my heart And My Mom is totally in Love with this Beatles Graphic Tee.

4. Another Cute Sweatshirt 

  Sweatshirts are just so easy to throw on. Before vacation, I got this Striped One from Old Navy. Only wore it for this picture because never got cool enough but these evenings here are cooling down so I'll be wearing it a lot. It’s on major sale right now and the colors in the little pineapple are so cute!

A friend came over for lunch this week and brought me these gorgeous sunflowers.

It’s no secret that Mr. Nine and I hope to live in Northern Michigan part time on the Lake someday. He found a GREAT house plan we are filing away for when that time comes. With closet modifications of course, lol. Isn’t it cool!

PINEAPPLE PUSHER, WUW and SPRING FEVER LINK-UP

Just call me your pineapple pusher. You all know I am crazy for pineapples and that love just got crazier with this softer than a baby's butt Pineapple Sweatshirt. This puppy was on back-order but boy was it worth the wait. Literally the softest piece of clothing I have ever owned. Welcome to our weekly fashion link-up, as well as, the last Wednesday of the month What's Up Wednesday with Shay, Mel & Sheaffer 

This sweatshirt can be dressed up or down. I had it styled with white jeans and Tory Burch Miller sandals but decided just to be casual and comfy on this day. As much as I love pumps and wedges and booties, I have amassed quite the collection of retro tennies which take me back. These Adidas Stan Smith's remind me of my favorite "Prince" brand tennis racket back in the day. 

This is the perfect little running around doing errands outfit. Nice and soft, bright and cheery and I bet someone is bound to comment on your pineapples, lol.

1. WHAT WE’RE EATING THIS WEEK:  5 ingredient Chicken and Pasta, Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

2. WHAT I’M REMINISCING ABOUT: Mine and Mr. Nine's anniversary is next month and often we would take a long Memorial day weekend trip down to Gatlinburg, which is where we got married. It often included hiking to see beautiful waterfalls and here's one of the fun little pictures I came across. 

3. WHAT I’M LOVING: fresh signs of spring, the beautiful green grasses and the beautiful blooming trees.

4. WHAT WE’VE BEEN UP TO: Finishing up new house details and thinking about getting the house "sell ready" for when we put it on the market in a few months. 

5. WHAT I’M DREADING: Nothing, I mean my boys are coming home and it's almost SUMMER.

6. WHAT I’M WORKING ON: Our summer bucket list.

7. WHAT I’M EXCITED ABOUT: Having all my boys home for the summer and as I mentioned Friday, they all have jobs, LOL!

                                  This is what they wish they could be doing all summer, lol

8. WHAT I’M WATCHING/READING: In addition to a regular shows, we are watching, The Americans, Sneaky Pete, Better Call Saul and the reboot of Prison Break. 

Reading: Cookbooks Like this one..Boys got me for Christmas..so many GREAT Recipes.I'm in a cooking rut so I need some new recipes and inspiration. 

9. WHAT I’M LISTENING TO: lots of Ed Sheeran, current an old-school country, the birds chirping and a Hoot Owl in our backwoods. 

10. WHAT I’M WEARING: Besides Pineapples, Maxi dresses with Jean jackets or chambray shirts.

                                                      Cannot wait for summer beach days!

11. WHAT I’M DOING THIS WEEKEND: picking out my annual flowers with my mom, and heading to see one of her college boys at college & his place employment and bring a few of his million clothes and supplies home seeing as he only has one more week of college, so hard to believe!

12. WHAT I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH: Such an Easy One: A Trip to Toronto to see my Blended Blog sisters! 11 Bloggers/friends in one city..whoohoo!!

13. WHAT ELSE IS NEW: Wow, nothing

BONUS: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SPRING/SUMMER SHOE: It's a tie between lace up espadrilles (I have 5 pairs) or my new favs....that I never thought I'd like....the slip on.
