3 New Christmas trees. Yep, you heard that right! We've got a classy flocked addition to the dining room, a hot cocoa entry slim tall cutie and the gingerbread adorableness in the basement. That one, BTW, is moving upstairs next year. It was a last minute experiment that I ended up loving. I watched a video that really hit home about Christmas trees the other day. A major home decor influencer had an ugly tinsel, 2 branch tree and said "How come when I photograph my beautiful Christmas trees, they look like this?" I was like, YAASS! My trees are so much more beautiful in person than they photograph. And I how I wish you could all come for a visit. I have many classy things but with the granddaughters, I'm going moving to lots of cute stuff...and next year..a Grinch tree may appear!
Here we go...
The HOT COCOA CUTENESS
Safe to say...LOVE IT! Remember when I did a Hot Cocoa Tiered Tray? Well, that was the inspiration for it, along with the Marshmallow picks from Hobby Lobby and the Hot Cocoa Bar Sign From Etsy. Smaller hot cocoa wood signs HERE and HERE. The Fabric Marshmallow Snowman ornaments are my favorite.
There's lots I didn't show you. but after two weeks of setting it all up, I was too tired to photograph and blog about it all, lol. But here are some of the Christmas decor posts of the past.

Stunning! So festive, fun, and beautiful! I think your decor looks amazing but I do know what you mean about photos. They don't do the actual displays justice. I got out my Nikon with a great lens to take photos. While the Nikon does a better job than my camera phone, it still doesn't capture the beauty like seeing it in person does. So I can imagine how your place looks in person! Love that bedroom- so striking and fun! And all your trees!! Great job on all :).
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as always, Andrea! I really need to get a couple of skinny trees for the dining room next year. I don't have nearly enough trees! The girls are going to love visiting your house as they grow up.
ReplyDeleteYour home is perfection this holiday season! I adore that Hot Cocoa Bar one especially with the marshmallows on top. So adorable! So glad you shared your holiday deorating expertise with us!

ReplyDeleteWow! You outdid yourself but I’m not surprised! Everything you touch is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteWow, your themed trees are amazing! Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteEverything looks so festive and magical! I love the gingerbread tree and the Christmas candy corner. I have to say, though, the main tree is my favorite. It is so beautiful. You are officially crowned the Christmas Decor Queen, my friend! XO, Caroline
ReplyDeleteWow Andrea. Your place is amazing. I can see why you're tired!!

Your home is so beautiful! I LOVE that gingerbread themed tree.
ReplyDeleteOh My Goodness I love everything!!
ReplyDeleteYour home is a winter wonderland...love it! I agree about the camera not really capturing the beauty of a tree and lights.
ReplyDeleteHI Andrea, Your home is so gorg! I love the hot chocolate tree the most! Missed you on instagram, but I havent been on much myself...too much stress on the plate and trying to focus elsewhere! Have a merry Christmas! Valerie xo www.mapleleopard.com
ReplyDeleteHi Andrea - how beautiful! I love how you decorated the dining room! You have inspired me with the picks in the trees. We have always had cats, so I stopped using tinsel and icicles in my tree. I will definitely shop for some sparkly picks to jazz up my tree. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
ReplyDeleteOh my word! You are the best Christmas decorator. Where to look at. Amazing. It's not just decorated, it's super stylish!
ReplyDeleteHallmark movies wannabe, step aside, Andrea's house is where it's at! Oh my! I love it all but wow the Hot Cocoa tree is adorable and the gingerbread decor so cute! You did an amazing job! I want to visit =)

Oh wow! Your trees are amazing! My favourite has to be the Hot Cocoa one though. It is so cute!!
ReplyDeleteAll your decorations are just beautiful!
Gorgeous and oh so festive as always! Now I need a hot cocoa tree - LOVE <3
ReplyDeleteOk, wow. I am impressed. I feel like just putting up my one tree stresses me out so much. I'm such a perfectionist. Ha ha! But, once it is up I just love it. Your dining room looks SO beautiful for a holiday meal. And even your guest room is so cute! Oh, just love it all! A Grinch tree sounds fun!! You need to take on a holiday decorating business for people!

Not a good idea, things are too commercialized as it is...folks don't need another business to pay to help them decorate.
DeleteHi Troll, Please donate $$$ to any local charity of your choice. This
Deletehelps community and from what I hear expands one's own empathy!
DeleteEverything looks so good! I just love the hot cocoa tree!
ReplyDeleteThe decorations are nice, but the sheer volume and amount of bling comes across as a bit gaudy. More green would be welcomed, the rooms look like a children's retail shop at a mall.
ReplyDeleteOh look Anonymous is back. Children’s shops are darling but I was waiting for mean spirits from you. For all of you getting these comments on your blog, her Disqus handle is sweetallysum 32k comments and all rude on hundreds of blogs. There’s another snarky comment above in response to Carrie. Nothing sweet about it. Thank you for your take We will all pray for you and will keep on blogging. LOL.
DeletePS you’ll get no more response as is what you’re looking for. We have your URL and you’ll be blocked. Have a great day.
It all looks so beautiful and festive! I always love your holiday home tours! And LOL at your response to Anonymous above. What on earth is wrong with people?! I really don't even feel anger when I see comments like that... I just honestly feel bad for people who make comments like that on the internet because they are obviously lonely and/or sad humans. You just keep on doing what makes you happy and ignore the internet trolls, Andrea!
ReplyDeleteYour home is decorated beautifully, Andrea! I just love it all! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS!! I love seeing everyone's decorations!
