Seriously, is it? Thankfully, here in Indiana, September ushered in cooler temperatures in the mornings and the evenings and for me, September 1 choice signifies the first of fall! While yet I am still enjoying the sunshine and pool days, I am all about getting my FALL ON!! What about you?
How I love to meet bloggers and influencers that have become friends online and finally get to see them face-to-face! This happened last Friday with a 4-hour lunch with Annie from Blessings and Sass! She has the blog and a fabulous Instagram so make sure you follow her, and she is one of those true gems! Even more personable and beautiful in real life! It was such a fun afternoon and of course we found some murals to get some pictures by! I’ve been very blessed to get to meet several of these fabulous ladies in person and now call them real life friends! What a blessing to come out of blogging!
Annie lives in Southern Indiana but was a Kentucky girl all her life, she brought me the cutest Kentucky Tea towel and Derby Stemless Wine glasses. (Of course we brought each other gifts!)
I started pulling out my Fall Decor this week and it inspired me to share some new Fall Finds from Amazon and Target.
Button Downs and jeans shirts are a favorite this time of year! Generally, this is what I wear on most days. These woven plaid shirts from Kohl’s are under $20 and fabulous! BUY SHIRT HERE
No, I can’t take credit for these posies. These perfect Dahlias are a new area at one of our local parks.
Well, it’s September so time to bring out the pumpkin goodness!
And I don’t think I could carve a sunflower on a pumpkin, but this sure is cute!
I just love that you and Annie got together, I hope y'all can do it again. She really does just seem like the sweetest, most joyful lady and so genuine too. All those pretty flowers in your neck of the woods - oh how I wish I had them here in my yard!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

Following Annie now! How fun that you get to meet each other in person! Love that. Also, I am now inspired by the fall décor you showed and although I've been having a hard time letting summer go, I think it's time I did and embraced the changing of the seasons.
