FRIDAY FAVORITES....SOLID GOLD EDITION

Glorious October has arrived! In just a few days I hope to be heading to see some golden leaves. In the meantime, this solid gold edition of Friday Favorites is everything from favorite Fine Gold Earrings to gold cardigans, LOL! I survived another dentist appointment and I currently have a temporary crown so I won’t be eating any of mom‘s Caramel Corn! But that won’t stop me from indulging in other favorite fall goodies like pumpkin spice English muffins, and pumpkin filled oatmeal cookies from World Market market and the new beloved Pumpkin cold brew and of course the most delightful apple cider from a local orchard! I’m even gnawing my honeycrisp apples on the right side, LOL!

1. GOLD EARRINGS
You all know I love statement earrings, but did you know I love precious and dainty jewelry as well. There is just something so sweet about darling and feminine jewelry. These are the sweetest Mini Pyramid Studs . I love all kinds of gold whether it be yellow, rose or white gold. My wedding ring is white gold, so these little studs are literally the perfect pair to wear for every day. And Let's talk about how adorable the packaging is!

I love the little pouch you can store the earrings in.

And you know, it is never too early to start thinking about Christmas gifts, not just for your friends and family but for yourself too! I think I’m going to put these engravable gold disc earrings and gold tribar earrings on my wish list from Mr. Nine!

2. BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
I have been eating a lot of the Autumn squash soup from Panera lately, but I do make a beautiful golden butternut squash soup myself. I thought I’d share the recipe and you also may like my Butternut Squash, Sausage and Penne Pasta Skillet Recipe too!

Gold Sweater
Ever since I shared this Blog Post, many people have told me this golden mustard is my color. So that makes me want to get more of it of course. Enter this beautiful bat wing sweater from Amazon. I saw it on someone’s Instagram stories in rust and right away knew I wanted it, but I was overjoyed to see it came in this yellow shade too. I cannot wait to wear it and now I think I’m going to order in blush as well! It feels so nice and fits so well and you know it’s a great prime price!

Mom in the Sunflower Fields
It was my mom who found out about our local sunflower fields and suggested it would be a great place for photos that I shared with you on Wednesday! Of course, we had to get a picture of her and her cute little top borrowed from me and fedora! Doesn’t she look darling?

  2. I LOVE this theme- I am a big fan of the author, Elin Hilderbrand and she has a different color theme for all of her author visits. When she comes to New England next, her color is gold and she encourages her fans to dress in that color for the event- if I go, I know to come back to this post for inspiration :) Have a great weekend Andrea!

  29. The title of this post reminded me of my daddy watching the Solid Gold dancers at night from his recliner, beer in hand. He liked Soul Train, too!
Oh, Panera Bread why, oh why, won't you open a store in El Paso. I would be your most faithful customer! Pinning your recipe, Andrea, to use as an alternative since we can't visit Panera. Sounds delish. And that gold sweater, mom in the sunflowers, and the yellow peplum top, all adorable.
