RED, WHITE & BLUE CHARCUTERIE BOARD

With my love of all things Americana and the charcuterie board, it was a no-brainer that during this festive time for summer, I had to create a red white and blue charcuterie board! I am so overjoyed with how it turned out; I can see fireworks! It made me so happy and everyone loved it! Next time, I would gather a bigger board to add even more goodies and I have to admit, I forgot a couple kinds of cheese but it’s all good and ever so cute and yummy!

Can’t you just see lots of endless possibilities. I included both a savory and sweet on this but next year, I am contemplating doing one of each. One with all kinds of sweets and fruits and then another more focused on the meats and cheese and savory goodies! This was a great mix of all.

I was especially overjoyed with how my little skewers turned out. I got the stars tipped Skewers on Amazon and they are the cutest things! I decided to do one set with feta and watermelon and another with mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes. I got a block of feta and just cut it into squares to match the watermelon square cuts I made.

What I used

I made a little dip for the fruit out of yogurt, honey, whipped cream and vanilla.
