GOOBLE, GOBBLE.....TURKEY TREAT CUPS!!

Yes, I was that crafty mom! Remember the BOO Bags a few weeks ago? Not that I was perfect at it, definitely not Martha Stewart, but our boys loved it! I especially loved doing holiday crafts with them and since Thanksgiving always seems to get the shaft, going from Halloween right into Christmas, here's a few of my favorites.

Turkey Treat Cups
Heck, I know our kids are teenagers, but I'd still drink chocolate milk out of a turkey cup, ha ha! Or maybe I'll give these to the neighbor kids!!

What you'll need:
Clear, plastic punch cups (I got 10/$1 at the Dollar Tree)
Googly eyes
1 7/16ths Round Hole Puncher (can vary a tad)
glue sticks
scissors
assorted construction/card-stock paper (yellow, brown, red, yellow...)
Malted milk balls, chocolate milk, chocolate pudding (any brown beverage or snack)

Punch out some brown circles for the turkey face. Adhere google eyes, a small yellow triangle for the beak and a red free hand for the wattle (the red thingy that hangs down by the beak).
Cut out a template for the feathers and then trace and cut a nice pile of assorted colors. Adhere together in a fan like shape and glue to back of cups. Glue a turkey face on the front and your ready to fill with things like malted milk balls, pudding or chocolate milk.

You could use these for name places at the table too.

Paper Bag Turkey Hats
Memories come flooding back! And isn't this love and togetherness, Fun and laughter what holidays like Thanksgiving are all about? Made a scrapbook page to remember this fun day years ago.

Turkey Hat Instructions

Nutter Butter Turkey Cookies
I have seen many turkey cookies and some look a little time consuming with teeny tiny frosting piping. These look much mire doable for me and kids alike.

And Yep, I plan on being a crafty grandma… someday too!
There are instructions out there how to make these, but if you are short on time, just buy a precious baby you know one of these cuties!!
