Dedicating this week to sweet friends including my husband and one very special one has a birthday today!

1. Kellyann...Birthday Girl

My dear Kellyann‘s birthday is today! Head over to her Blog or Instagram and wish her a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Kellyann is what I refer to as the OG, one of the original gang that I consider one of my besties! She truly is one of the good ones, an absolute heart of gold, amazing compassion, talent and a beautiful soul inside and out! We will have each other's backs always!!

2. Seeing Friends:

CABI and The BIG Applause

So grateful to see my girls Jill from Doused in Pink and Laura from I do deClaire this week. Jill and I were honored to be guests at an event called the Big Applause for Cabi Clothing which I will talk more about next week. Very inspirational. We enjoyed an overnight at a great hotel with pre-dinner cocktails too.

The next morning got to see Laura’s beautiful home, have breakfast and visit with her sweet girls! And if you haven’t already tried it, head to Laura’s Blog for her Rhubarb Coffee Cake, it was out of this world delicious!

3. Hubs and The Anni Fun

Mr. Nine and I had the best anniversary weekend. We had a day date in lower Michigan on Saturday.

Dinner was at a darling Italian tucked away Restaurant called Tosi's

4. Talk to Me Goose

Then on Sunday, our actual anniversary, went to see Top Gun Maverick which was phenomenal, I mean phenomenal. Even if you are not familiar with original or haven’t seen it, you’ll be blown away by this movie! Have you seen it yet?? It was a perfect movie to go to after such a hiatus from the movie theaters. Of course I wore my CUTE TEE!

FRIDAY FAVORITES.....SPRING HAS SPRUNG

Spring officially arrives tomorrow, and it looks like it’s going to be a beautiful weekend here in Indiana! I’m just antsy for pool time and getting my flowers in the dirt but that’ll still be several weeks out. Hopefully, I can soak up some sunshine with a good book this weekend!

1. Bar Cart

This Bar Cart was one of the first purchases I made for my glam space when we moved into our house. I shared it with you before, but with some new followers, I thought I would share again because I have a confession. This bar cart is for decoration only and I don’t change it out for the seasons, gasp, I know! This bottle of champagne has been on here for three years and it just matches the space so well that there’s no reason to change it up. Basically, the liquor is just for show, LOL. Now, I do love that it is on wheels in case I need to roll it somewhere, LOL! AnyWho, this bar cart is one of the most popular at World Market so I thought I would share it again and some fun finds to go on it like the fun LetterBoard with lil Champagne Bottles. And of course one must have Pink Champagne Flutes and some darling Stemless Ones.

2. Red Aspen Nails

My dear friend Holly over at Everyday Holly sent me some gorgeous press on nails called Red Aspen Nail Dashes as she knows I love doing my own and have for a decade now. The color selections are glorious and so far, the ones I have on, have stayed on for 13 days without any lifting and I just love them! I’ve used another brand of press ons for years and I think these are way better quality. AND gasp, the nail dashes are reusable! Other brands are not! Sooo cool!

4. Easter Dress Contender

Well, it’s highly doubtful I’ll even be wearing a dress on Easter, but we can still have some contenders that may end up on the summer dining alfresco wardrobe list. That includes this adorable and flattering Dress. It’s a fraction of the cost at Nordstrom Rack and it’s just so charming. There are several different colors and patterns, but I just loved the sage green, red and navy blue background of this one. And Lace up Sandals are my favorite Summer sandal. These Red ones are only $30, come in other colors and very comfy.

FRIDAY FAVORITES...HELLO FALL FOR REAL!

Hi guys! My most favorite season of the year has truly arrived and it’s been great because the days have been warm and sunny but the nights and mornings so sweet and cool, perfect for getting the day going with long walks. I’m still very melancholy and still struggling with many things but I’m gonna fight through for my love of glorious FALL!!

1. Fall Days with Mom

Last week, my mom and I got to enjoy a beautiful day in lower Michigan! We started at a fabulous farmers market and greenhouse, had lunch at a new to us cool establishment in a small town and topped it off with a pumpkin patch, where I was in pumpkin heaven!

2. Fire Baby

Nothing like an outdoor fire in the Fall! Mr. Nine has had a couple good fires going while we enjoy beautiful days out on the lanai watching Notre Dame football! hoping there are many more to come. I just love the smell and crackle of a good fire.

BLUE HERON

This beautiful blue heron has graced our pond all summer long, I think this is the most amount of time I’ve ever seen him in the pond on so many consecutive days. I have been lucky to get some great shots of him this year and this one just blew my mind especially with the rippling pond water underneath.
