FRIDAY FAVORITES HI MARCH

Happy Friday loves! I hope you have had a good week! Not an eventful week, I hibernated two days with yucky rainy weather. Not gonna lie, loved it with the lit candles, darkness, and all that good stuff, lol. And my mama stayed the night with me for a girls sleepover on Wednesday night when Mr. Nine was out of town.

But dang it, had to go back to the dentist yesterday! Different tooth, different problem. I wish it would’ve been an easy fix as the first one, but unfortunately not! I cracked a crown so: Take out crown, temp crown, assessment from Endodontics, possible apicoectomy (similar to root canal since this tooth has already had one) then back in a couple weeks to put permanent one on. Appointment for first step not until April 17. I’m going to try not to worry, I know I’m in good hands!

But a favorite is definitely is that my friend is the dental hygienist, and she makes sure I get taken care of well. It’s an amazing office!

These STYLISH Girls
These girls! They came over in the cutest track suits and adidas superstar sneakers that we got them for Christmas last Sunday. Aren’t they little pink princesses? And most importantly, they’re so smart and so loving! Their stylish wardrobe is just the cherry on top, lol.

Starting to really think spring with my clothing and we’re going to be gone in a few weeks to somewhere warm so getting things for that. But I’m still most comfortable in my comfy clothes and how cute is my Grammy sweatshirt below! So soft.

Blast from Last and The Past
Two words: CORN DOG!!! When we’d go to our County Fair every summer, there was one booth I’d head to that had the BEST corn dogs ever. Well, how excited was I to try a Corn Dog truck in our beloved Northern Michigan and be blown away by them. Our kids were too. MMMMM, they add hot honey on top and they melt in your mouth! We were in heaven last July!
Do you like corn dogs???

OhMGeeee, I just found a photo from 2015
and my favorite Fair Corn Dog Stand!!

Spring Forward...NOT
Ok, I’m just going to say right now Spring Forward is NOT my favorite at all! My circadian rhythm for the week after with that loss of an hour has me in a tailspin! I’m hearing this from so many people. Usually, I’m fine when we gain an hour in the Fall, but this one is just crazy despite the extra hour of light in the evening. I think I share this meme every year because it’s so true. Next Tuesday they’re calling for a high of 60° here but by the weekend, temps in the 20s again. That's Indiana For ya!

And have any of you ever suffered headaches, joint aches, inflammation or any other kind of problems because of barometric pressure? Our meteorologist even came on TV this week a couple days when we had our rain and said that you may be experiencing them big time because the barometric pressure was so bad! I think that exasperated my headaches and inflammation from the tooth crack. I really felt like crap so very happy to be feeling better. Have a yummy dinner tomorrow night.
AND I'll be back Monday with a FUN trip recap post.

I wish you a great weekend and an ease into Spring Forward.
Go Easy on yourselves and I love ya!

FRIDAY FAVORITES...SWEET SPRING & BLING

Happy FRIDAY!!!! It's been a busy but good week and a major cold front here as we Spring Forward this weekend but things are looking up for next week. Whoohoo... Friday Favs here we go!

 1. Sweet Stella..
3 Months Old TODAY!!

Our baby girl is three months old today! We’ve had her now five weeks and what a joy it has been! She absolutely loves the outdoors, so we are excited for spring and summer to play more fetch with her like we did last weekend.

She just continues to get sweeter and smarter by the minute! Check her out in her precious pearls. That tongue!

AND on Wednesday, Stella had her first "spa day" with the groomers; it's a puppy package that gets her used to it..such a great idea!! She loved it!

She was so fluffy, she looked like she gained 3lbs, lol.

2. Spring Trends

There are so many trends out there for warmer weather and two of my favorites are lilac and all the purple hues and great straw bags. I am on the hunt for the perfect one.

3. Buttercup Dress

I about died when I saw these little dresses in our local Walmart. $14.98 and so many colors. They have pockets, they’re tiered, they’re forgiving the cap sleeves are so sweet and ruffly. You cannot go wrong. I paired it with a Jean jacket and sneakers just to show you, but it will be so cute with flat sandals and wedges. I’m going back for more colors.

FRIDAY FAVORITES....SPRING FORWARD EDITION

Noooo, while I am happy the weekend is here, I do not like Spring Forward, it screws up my silly internal clock big time!! Not to mention, I'm a worry wart this weekend with one college boy traveling to Georgia and another in the Dominican for Spring Break. The extra hour of daylight is the only plus of the Spring Forward but when it's freezing out, it really doesn't matter. We really shouldn't mess with mother nature, lol.
Let's make it the BEST weekend we can friends!!

1. Son's Fun
Pretty proud of our boys always and this was a particularly good few days for two of them. The baby of the fam and stud athlete squared his personal record of 400lbs and he's only a sophomore.

Then, one of the college studs got a job at his favorite store: Vineyard Vines. Now lets just hope he doesn't spend all his earnings on clothes. I worked retail in college and barely had anything left after buying up the new arrivals. Shhh, don't tell him that, lol

Look how gorgeous his store front is, there's even the back of a yacht inside.

2. My Favorite Spring Meme
Yeah when it's in the 20's and 30's, let's talk my latte drinking cardinal friend!

3. Week's Attire
Target wrap top, The Loft pants, Anne Klein flats

Ross dress, J.C. Penny boots

Astr Nordstrom dress, TJ. Maxx vest, Steve madden boots, American Eagle necklace

4. Embroidery Dress Love
Wore this Old Navy shift dress for the first time in Florida,
so comfy and the embroidery is so pretty!
This is the beautiful lady I first saw this ON dress on...KellyAnn from This Blonde's Shopping Bag. How cute is this Florida doll! She's a school counselor by day and a Fashionista all the time who I am sure is admired by all who see her cute style. I know I love her to pieces. Make sure you check out her blog, she finds the best deals.
Her espadrilles sandals are from the Gap and half the price of the ones at Nordi's
