FRIDAY FAVORITES....HOLIDAYS IN FULL SWING EDITION

While last week I was upset the week drug out long, this week I wanted it to go Sloooooow, to soak in every precious Christmas season moment!! Cards sent, Shopping is done. Yesterday "wrapped" up my wrapping with an all day, blare the christmas music, drink Bailey's and Coffee all day wrapping marathon, and tonight it's Holiday Cocktails out with the ladies. FRIDAY FAVORITES....HELLO FALL

Yeah more like Summer is still here and I just gave you a teaser of two mornings last week in the 50's. Been gorgeous but way too warm to wear what I really want to. Amanda and I have had to drink our PSL's iced and I'm worried about my pumpkins in the heat.

All smiles last weekend, baby boy turned 16 and a one son home from college meant lots of good times, good food at Papa Vino's and Reese Cake!

5. A MADE MY DAY MOMENT
Ya know moms, moms to be, wives and girlfriends when you're feeling under appreciated, like you do, do, do and no one even notices. I feel that way a lot with my kids. However, out of the blue on Tuesday, I got this text: My son at college sent me a text with a cartoon of himself for his ole' mama. Melted my heart....

.... made me realize that even when I feel I am not appreciated, I am.

WEAR WHITE YOUR WAY!!

Fashion Taboo boo-hoo Hoo! Of course you CAN wear white after Labor Day! The way I see it as long as you're not trying to make it look all SUMMERY, there are so many ways to wear white and look fresh and chic for Fall!!

The crazy thing about these high waist-ed white skinnies I got last year at Target is that I never wore them! For some reason I kept putting them on and they didn't quite look right, until this year when I rolled the bottoms up, wore a cute little T-shirt to a football game and thought how comfy and cute they were! I decided to add my LUSH tunic from Nordstrom's, my new cognac I.N.C. Boots from Macy's HERE and this adorable military vest I got last year from a boutique.
