EASTER FRONT PORCH

Who am I? Can you believe I’ve never done an Easter front porch before? I’ve decorated the inside which ironically, I did not do this year, but never anything on the porch. The primary reason for that is because I like to decorate for St. Patrick’s Day and often Easter is so soon after that it’s just not worth it to do all the decorations for a week or two but this year we had a whole month so I said why the heck not. AND can you believe Easter is THIS coming weekend?!

My vision came to reality so sweetly with the big Spring flowers I found at Hobby Lobby.

And I love the long tulip swag wreath from TJ Maxx! But Kohl’s has one almost identical and so pretty.

And I had had my eye on those BIG CARROTS the minute the Easter stuff sprouted. Let’s face it, it was like January, lol! The Purple Pillow Covers are so luxe and come in several colors. SUPER CUTE with the pom poms too.

I was able to get the mesh in the colors I want it at the dollar store for a dollar a roll and it was perfect. And the mats, both from Amazon, are Darling!!

I showed you these pretty bows for the lanterns from Amazon and I just love that they were already done up in the perfect color scheme. I man what an easy decoration to throw plastic eggs in a lantern!

So I couldn’t find any fell eggs or any eggs to do the topiaries the way I wanted, I found these fake grass segments at Hobby lobby (Similar HERE) that fit into my planters perfectly. Then on Amazon once again, I found these cool cardboard Easter Decorations that I could put together on wire to stick down in the grass.

I couldn't believe how perfectly that faux grass piece
fit in the planters!

I’ll actually be back tomorrow with a very special blog post!

XoXo

  11. I actually am floored that this is your first Easter front porch! It's beautiful as always, and I just love that tulip wreath. Also, if you lived closer, I think I would ask if I can just use your front porch for family Easter photos! Love it!

  18. So darling! We used to host a big Easter party each year, so then I went all out decorating. Now we do it at my parents' barn so I don't put as much effort into decorating at home. I need to get back in the game!
