AIR FRYER SIRLOIN STRIPS

Gosh it’s been a while since I’ve shared a recipe but this one has been a huge hit not only with our family but with many of you after I shared it on social media that I decided to document it on the blog as well. We do not eat a lot of red meat but when we do, we make it as yummy as possible! Not only are these little strips delicious but this is so easy especially because it can be made in my beloved air fryer!

The garlic butter sauce, at just three ingredients, adds the perfect savory goodness to these tender and delightful steak strips!

What you'll need

Air Fryer Sirloin Strips

*1lb Sirloin Strips

*1 Tbsp Olive Oil

*2 Tbsp brown sugar

*1 tsp garlic powder

*1 tsp onion powder

*1 tsp salt

*1 tsp pepper

Mix all with the strips and cook in heated air fryer at

400 degrees for 8-10 min, even less if you like more rare.

Butter Sauce

*3 Tbsp butter, melted

*1 tsp garlic powder

*1 Tbsp parsley

Make while steak strips are cooking to pour over.

On this particular night and I took the photos, I made cauliflower mash and roasted brussels sprouts with it and it was absolutely delicious!

I'm on the road today to the middle of the state to see one of my closest friends who is coming to Indiana for the first time ever and I am so excited!! Stay tuned to see who it is....I’ll be in a rental though because my car is FINALLY getting fixed! Body Shops are backed up like crazy.

Have a great start to your week and you just might see us on Instagram
