What You'll Need
Strawberries and Cream Crostini’s
INGREDIENTS
16 Baguette Slices
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
16 Baguette Slices
2 cups sliced strawberries
Honey
Fresh Mint, opt. for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Mix cream cheese, ricotta and vanilla until smooth. Toast baguette slices. Top each slice with cream cheese mixture. Top each with strawberries, pressing down into cream. Top with a drizzle of honey and fresh mint if desired. Can be made into 8 sandwiches as well.
