VARSITY REDS & AGELESS STYLE LINK UP

I was overjoyed when my precious friend Lisa asked me to join the Ageless Style crew for this month’s link up. Many of them are my pals who I’ll be meeting in a few weeks. These ladies are all proof that style and fun have no age limits. I admire each of these ladies so much not just for their fashion tastes but for their warm hearts, joyous spirits, sweet love of life and gorgeous smiles! I miss The My Refined Style monthly Linky I used to co-host so this was loads of fun! 

The theme this month is easy peasy CARDIGANS. And boy do I love my Fall Cardis! 

No Varsity Blues here, it’s all red baby! These happen to be baby boy’s school colors as well as our beloved IU, where our oldest goes, so you can bet I’ll be getting tons of good outta this cute sweater. The fit and feel is so sweet. 

Now, while I probably won’t be wearing these delightful red sock boots to football games, lol, you can bet I’ll find somewhere to wear them for numerous reasons. Number one. They are super comfy and now I want them in black too. Number two, I’ve been seeing that red booties are a huge trend for Fall and Number 3, I love how they look with the cuffed jeans.

WELL, RUFFLE MY SWEATER & TBB LINK-UP

Give me ruffles, light weight soft material, bright colors and stripes and I’ve got the major love for all things Spring Sweaters. Here in Indiana, the weather is so unpredictable, especially in the Spring, so I love having a few light sweaters around to take off the chill.

TBB’s sweet Lana has the theme of Spring Sweaters for us this week so I was happy to showcase this new cute as a button one for you. Remember I need a verdict from y'all, which color you liked the best?

This 1901 clothing line is so so good. In fact, as you know, I loved this sweater so much, I showed you the green and white version on Monday. And want to order all the 1901 things! Well-made and lots of cute little preppy details. 

I was never a huge yellow fan but it has really been catching my eye this year and is just so cheerful and summery. I wanted to keep this simple and only do jeans, my Kendra Scott necklace and Blogland’s wedge sandals of the season, lol. (you know...the Treasure and Bond ones)...but like a woman, I changed my mind and went cork wedges. The darling aspects of the sweater speak for themselves.
