AFFORDABLE FASHIONS TO TRANSITION TO FALL

Who said it was August? Did you say it’s August? Why oh why? I am a summer girl but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t absolutely love Fall, especially for fun fashion, crisp nights and all things pumpkin, lol! While I am still living out summer to the fullest with lots of fun activities going on this month, I am starting to think about transitioning in the Fall with some cute clothes because the transition can be hard. Here are some cute pieces that will allow me and YOU to do just that!

COLOR

The COLOR! Yes color me into Fall, I truly think mustard like these mustard yellow flats and teal, like this blouse, look so good together! It’s all about the color in the Fall for me!

I thought both of these looked adorable with my new mustard shoes, these flats happen to be from Amazon and they are so stinking comfortable!

There is something about teal and mustard together that I just love! In fact I put some touches of both of it in our basement family room recently. I love that I can wear this top with white now it looks so crisp and then in the Fall with some jeans or a skirt and boots

How cute is the sweatshirt especially seeing that I am a Midwest girl! I love the cream background with the mustard and pink and sweet Sun rays. Perfect with Faux Spanx Leggings!

WAFFLE KNIT

I think waffle knit happens to be the perfect material to head into Fall. This TOP!!! It’s light weight but it has a slight warm and softness to it! These one shoulder waffle weave tops from Amazon have been huge sellers on LTK for me. I literally had over 100 people asked me for the link to them on TikTok! And then I realized I could put my in my TT bio, which will give access to links of mine in one spot.

The color of this first one is LAKE, so pretty!!

And of course, you can do a Waffle Weave Cardigan. This one comes in several colors, and I love the asymmetrical hem. With shorts and boots, it’s so cute and then when it gets colder, bring on the jeans and leggings! look at my Photo Bomber too, lol.

AMAZON...RECENT PURCHASES

I didn’t buy near as much on Prime Day last month as I thought I would. But here are some of my recent purchases, all of which I absolutely love! I missed last month's link up, so I was excited to link up this week with a fabulous Tanya and her Monthly Amazon Prime purchases link-up!

~These Cute SANDALS are from The Drop on Amazon. I saw them on a couple fellow influencers, and I fell in love! I love the straw, they’re so well-made, very affordable and cute as a button! Under $30! That Raffia!

~I got this Gorgeous Vase on prime day for the basement bathroom refresh, you might have seen the photo on Friday of how I utilized it. I just love it!

~These Vice Golf Balls have now become my husband‘s favorite golf balls of all time!

~Mimosa'a Anyone? This set of 3 Carafe glass beverage dispensers is perfect and guess what? They have lids!!

~Little Miss Stella Mae gets compliments on her Jean Vest all the time so I decided to get one that will be perfect for Fall with the plaid hoodie!

~Whether you are an influencer and just curious about the lives of influencers, This Book, City of Lights is a must-read! Plus, Jenny is the sweetest! She is married to Jason Biggs of American Pie fame and just precious!

~These Planters are phenomenal and this brand so good! My sister-in-law got me a set of white and gold ones for my office and as soon as I saw the black ones, I knew I had to have them!

~And this is my favorite snack! The Drizzilicious MINI RICE CAKES. This is a healthier option with Chia, Quinoa & Flax. The salted caramel flavor is my favorite! I love that these are individually portion and only 90 calories each!

FRIDAY FAVORITES...JUMPING FOR JULY

I’m jumping for July not only because I found the cutest jumpsuit that I included in this post but because it has been a good month! Let’s hope that goes right into August. Our sweet little Stella Mae did have to get bloodwork yesterday in preparation for next month’s surgery to get her spayed, but you can bet we will take loving care of her and will share with her more about her sister Daisy on the third anniversary of Daisy's Death Sunday. What a void sweet Stella has filled!

1. Saturday’s

We have had so many fun Saturdays this month!

Last Saturday we went for a 2miles walk with Stella, then had beverages alfresco at a new Brewery. Next it was pizza we had not before eaten in a McDonalds parking lot because the pizzeria lot was too small, lol.

A couple weeks ago we went to a 25th anniversary party for Mr. Nine‘s best friend from high school. It was at a golf course, and they golf carts available for romantic golf rides. Ours was more like Caddyshack, lol!

2. A Bath Decor Refresh

We have 5 bathrooms and I love them all except the Basement one which happens to be Mr. Nine’s fav, lol! I decided it was time for a pop of color in there and a little bathroom refresh and I just love it with the gold. The round Wall Hanging is from Target and it’s such a great piece for $40!

3. These Boots

Well friends, while I know some of you were promoting the Nordstrom sale and purchasing from it, I was not really one of those! I was not loving anything this year except for two things: my favorite underwear by Natori Bliss of which I got two pair, and these Paul Green Booties! Paul Green is a favorite of mine for high-quality, rich looking European leather shoes and boots, and this was such a good deal. They are absolutely a splurge, but they are worth every penny! I have another pair that I absolutely love!

4. $18 Jumpsuit

And just like that I go from pricier to super Duper affordable, that’s how I roll! This Jumpsuit is a pure winner! And hello $17.98!! It is in the junior section of Walmart, so I did go up one size which I always do in juniors. And it fit perfectly, it is the softest knit and guess what? No bra needed with this one! It toes tight enough over the smocking in the front, that there is no need for one. And just look how cute the back cut out is!

Little Stella had a day with grandma on Monday and mom snapped a few photos after she stole her glasses! Stella loves nothing more than to take something from us and run as fast as she can so we will chase her! She is a little hoot!
