FRIDAY FAVORITES FALL FEELS

Not loving that it’s October 13^th, not because it’s a Friday; I’m not superstitious at all, but because it means October is ½ over this weekend…nooo.

1. Granddaughters

Twins granddaughters... to hold them both...pure heaven!

This photo warmed my heart beyond belief! I dreamed this boy would grow up to be an amazing daddy and he is all that and more.

2. Kids

These beautiful kids have been thriving as well. We got to see these two 2 weekends in a row to celebrate. Mak is finishing up her undergrad degree and will join our boy in Ohio in January.

Don’t these two look gorgeous all snazzied up? They recently took a trip out west to the mountains & Park City Utah for a family wedding on her side. They had a ball, and she even got some pearls for their wedding next June.

We had a sleepover with our grand pup last Friday night, and he had a ball with his aunt Stella, lol. Look how cute.

3. cabi Clothing & some Fall Neutrals

It’s no secret that I love cabi clothing! Exciting news is that they have joined like to know what platforms about Influencer ‘s can link. How cool is this and what a great gift idea! The amazing Laura Geller Beauty has teamed up with wheel of fortune to bring us the coolest collection. It is all wheel of Fortune themed and Vanna White wears it so beautifully. Look how cool it came packaged with a real spinning wheel on top. Such a value. Check out the entire set HERE. cabi FRONT ROW Fashion Experience

I love seeing, touching, and trying on cabi clothes in person. However, it’s not always feasible to attend an in-person show. That’s why I’m happy to have cabi come to me in the comfort of my own home.

The cabi Front Row Experience felt a lot like sitting in the front row at a fashion show with some favorite girlfriends! It reminded me of our time in San Diego, but I didn’t travel near as far…just up the stairs to my home office, lol. It’s everything I love about the cabi Fashion experience but all online and in about an hour. During the virtual styling experience, everyone joins via cabi’s exclusive video conferencing platform. You can see one another, just like you would on a Zoom call, and you can chat with each other about your favorite cabi clothing pieces.

During the experience, you watch short videos showing the pieces from the current season styled on a diverse group of women of different sizes and shapes! This ultra modern runway show collection of videos gets your fashion creative juices flowing even more when you see all the styling possibilities and versatilities shown. As styles you love appear via video on the runway, you can favorite the pieces you covent with a heart.

Your cabi stylist guides you through the entire show, calling out various features of pieces and sharing personalized styling tips. My stylist, Liz, even had a majority of the pieces hung up with her so she could show us closer views of the items and fabrics.

Once the Front Row Show was over and I was ready to shop, I had access to all the pieces I’d favorited during the show in one convenient spot. I also had access to my personal cabi closet, which contains images of the cabi pieces I already own. This was so helpful as I tried to think through what I considered buying. It gave me an opportunity to visualize how potential new purchases would work back with what I already own. I also had an opportunity to see some new Spring releases. Your stylist can also get you a cabi collection look book with all the season’s pieces. Loved having this during the show.

I loved that everyone goes at their own pace, and my stylist, Liz, was right there we could ask questions. The checkout process was simple, and you’ll receive an email with order details and then another when it’s shipped. Here is what I ordered! So Cute! or I should say cabi CUTE!!

cabi Clothing Layers From Colder Weather to Warmer

Hi friends, how’s your week going? It’s March! And once March hits, I don’t know about you, but Indiana weather becomes even more predictable! That is why I need layers! Dressing in layers is essential to being comfortable, I think for most of us. cabi clothing does layers so well. One of the things I am loving about the spring 23 collection is how versatile all the pieces are, especially the neutrals.

I took their gorgeous button fly straight white jeans, along with the versatile Utility Belt, and created a layered look that as the weather gets warmer, I can shed each piece right into summer for five darling outfits! Yay cabi!

This Highclere Trench Coat happens to be one of my favorite pieces of the collection! It just might go on my Europe trip with me, and I love the colors in this one! I thought it looked so cute with some higher boots for the 35° weather here along with an adorable hat by Madewell that I got an Amazon. This color is so good and goes with everything.

Kept the hat and added the Excursion Anorak Jacket in the same color. The drawstring tied at the waist can be left undone, and I love that it’s adjustable. This jacket will go with so much!

This next piece can truly be either a jacket or a shirt! It's called the Keep Jacket. The light chambray material, makes it another truly timeless and versatile peace.

Oh, polka dots on the Spectator Shirt! These colors give me the pretty woman vibes. Remember that dress? I actually shared that dress in a post HERE many many years ago. Lol

And last, but not least the cabi cami's are everything and more! They’re super stretchy, have a flattering V-neck and come in tons of colors. They make it easy to layer so many things over the top that are great by themselves as well.

FRIDAY FAVORITES LOTS OF LOVE

Sweet friends may this Friday bring sickness behind me! I have been down and out this week; even blew my nose so much that I cracked it and it bleed, lol. And I had to postpone a trip to see a dear friend. But I still have some favorites...always Lots of Love even when I feel bad.

1. Stella's Gotcha Day

Oh, my dear, sweet Stella! I shared her gotcha picture on Instagram Sunday, a year since the day we brought that sweet bundle of fur home!!

and this was my caption:

A YEAR of Loving you STELLA MAE! Happy GOTCHA DAY!

You light up our lives, your precious, loving, smart and playful personality has us wrapped around your little paw, lol! You love us with every ounce of sweetness in your 8-pound body but still find ways to love us deeper every day!

We found you at exactly the right time! The sun shined a little brighter beginning February 5th, 2022. Our little Girl and an angel on Earth!

If you have a dog, you know the JOY they bring! You know the depths of loss when you lose them and the depths of love when they join your home and become one of you!

And yes, she has her own walk-in closet, lol!

2. cabi X-Factor Dress

In THIS POST on Wednesday, I showed you some favorites from the new cabi spring collection. Today is the X-Factor Dress. Wouldn’t it be the perfect dress for Valentine’s Day. You can do the classy, black, and white or add in some pops of color all spring and summer long. Perfect to dress up or down! It’s such a great, comfy fit and such a great wait. There’s even an X design on the back.

Oh, and definitely add in the collar necklace!

I don’t own a trench coat that I’m completely in love with, but that will probably change when I get one of THESE!! The checks is a pale blue along with the other check being a gorgeous green, and I love it in person! Under $50 from the Free Assembly line at Walmart and looks and feels like $150 coat with the detailing. Get one HERE! So CUTE!!

SANDALS

Lots of winter left, and I truly wish that sandals did not start appearing in stores so early but to get the cute ones you’ve got a jump on it and these sandal finds had me dumbfounded. I literally had to do a second look in Target because there are 2 styles that look exactly like Dolce Vita.

4. Oral B Electric Toothbrush

Of course, Mr. Nine and I have matching toothbrushes, lol! I was on the fence about getting a rechargeable toothbrush, but when he got me the pink one for Christmas, I was sold after he knew how much I loved it, I got him a black one. They are under $50 in my charge lasts up to three weeks, then I just recharge again overnight. You will LOVE the Oral-B Pro Crossaction 1000 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush! And so will your teeth!
