FRIDAY FAVORITES LOTS OF LOVE

Sweet friends may this Friday bring sickness behind me! I have been down and out this week; even blew my nose so much that I cracked it and it bleed, lol. And I had to postpone a trip to see a dear friend. But I still have some favorites...always Lots of Love even when I feel bad.

1. Stella's Gotcha Day

Oh, my dear, sweet Stella! I shared her gotcha picture on Instagram Sunday, a year since the day we brought that sweet bundle of fur home!!

and this was my caption:

A YEAR of Loving you STELLA MAE! Happy GOTCHA DAY!

You light up our lives, your precious, loving, smart and playful personality has us wrapped around your little paw, lol! You love us with every ounce of sweetness in your 8-pound body but still find ways to love us deeper every day!

We found you at exactly the right time! The sun shined a little brighter beginning February 5th, 2022. Our little Girl and an angel on Earth!

If you have a dog, you know the JOY they bring! You know the depths of loss when you lose them and the depths of love when they join your home and become one of you!

And yes, she has her own walk-in closet, lol!

2. cabi X-Factor Dress

In THIS POST on Wednesday, I showed you some favorites from the new cabi spring collection. Today is the X-Factor Dress. Wouldn’t it be the perfect dress for Valentine’s Day. You can do the classy, black, and white or add in some pops of color all spring and summer long. Perfect to dress up or down! It’s such a great, comfy fit and such a great wait. There’s even an X design on the back.

Oh, and definitely add in the collar necklace!

3. Spring Finds

I don’t own a trench coat that I’m completely in love with, but that will probably change when I get one of THESE!! The checks is a pale blue along with the other check being a gorgeous green, and I love it in person! Under $50 from the Free Assembly line at Walmart and looks and feels like $150 coat with the detailing. Get one HERE! So CUTE!!

SANDALS

Lots of winter left, and I truly wish that sandals did not start appearing in stores so early but to get the cute ones you’ve got a jump on it and these sandal finds had me dumbfounded. I literally had to do a second look in Target because there are 2 styles that look exactly like Dolce Vita.

4. Oral B Electric Toothbrush

Of course, Mr. Nine and I have matching toothbrushes, lol! I was on the fence about getting a rechargeable toothbrush, but when he got me the pink one for Christmas, I was sold after he knew how much I loved it, I got him a black one. They are under $50 in my charge lasts up to three weeks, then I just recharge again overnight. You will LOVE the Oral-B Pro Crossaction 1000 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush! And so will your teeth!

One of the things I took away from my time there was a full heart for the cabi Stylists. All these stylists exude compassion, drive, and of course the BEST fashion sense. They know firsthand how cabi makes women feel. They want all women to feel that confidence in their style! They serve women to help them not only curate a beautiful wardrobe of cabi pieces but want them to succeed in life! And how wonderful to do it all in the comfort of your own home with friends and family. That’s a great gig! cabi FASHION WEEK in SAN DIEGO

This past fall and winter, I had the honor of being an ambassador for cabi clothing! I’ve done many posts about them in the past because the quality of clothing, the mission behind the brand and the entire cabi team are phenomenal.

When they emailed me back in November with an invitation to attend the cabi fashion week in San Diego, it was a resounding yes yes yes!

Even better would be that I would be traveling with one of my dear friends, Annie from Blessings and Sass also a cabi ambassador and meeting a couple more influencers I have come to know through social media!

Stacie from The Makeup Obsessed Mom and Suzy from Empty Nest Blessed were just as precious in person as they are on Instagram. Make sure you check out their fabulous blogs as well. Real, down to earth women are becoming a rarity in today’s influencing world. What a blessing to get to know these lovelies, their compassionate hearts and of course, sweet style!!

Now, keep in mind California has been plummeted with bomb cyclones and crazy weather so I was a little worried, but the location was San Diego, at the very bottom of the state. I always have a feeling about weather when I travel and I just had a feeling we would get a couple of good days, and we did! It was

also, my first time to California!

Welcome Bags were brought to our rooms, including this. cabi always makes you feel very welcomed!

Thursday night we had a fun happy hour with the cabi digital marketing team! Such great people and we finally got to meet Boss Babe, Sedonah in person, who we email with all the time.

cabi Fashion Week is a gathering of an assortment of cabi stylists and colleagues who descend upon a designated city twice a year for training, bonding, awards and best of all: THE FASHION SHOW! How lucky were we influencers to be invited as ambassador guests and VIP’s of cabi with front row seats to the event!

Friends, the cabi Spring 23’ Collection will blow you away. I will have more detailed info on this collection in the next couple weeks, but can I just say I was smiling ear to ear with everything I saw! The colors, fabrics, textures, and styles are so happy and fun!

After the show we went up to the Director of Marketing’s suite for a fabulous brunch and a hands on with all the new pieces. The brunch spread and mimosas were fabulous and so was the view! Of course, we were trying on, swooning, and trying to decide what we would be sporting this Spring!

That afternoon Annie and I went sightseeing in San Diego heading out to Coronado Island to see the famous Hotel Del. Many stars stay at this Hotel, it is rich in history and Movies like "Some Like it Hot" with Marilyn Monroe were filmed here.

Then we visited Old Town San Diego and Little Italy before having yummy tacos and margaritas at the number one taco joint in the Gaslamp district. Sorry barely any pics!

After this yumminess for breakfast at the Gaslamp Breakfast co, we were off to the airport. This Potato Rosti was the waiters favorite, and it was Phenomenal! Potato Pancakes with salmon, poached eggs, herb cream cheese and arugula!

Almost didn’t make our 2nd flight home. Held the gate for us and then we ordered shoes to go with our cabi cuteness, lol. The next morning, Annie and her hubs took me to meet Mr. Nine in the middle of Indiana. Whew, what a whirlwind but what a blessing to see the cabi Spring line AND San Diego. As I continue my ambassadorship with cabi, I can’t wait to share more with you VERY soon!

CABI FALL 2022 COLLECTION & REVEAL

Over the Moon is an understatement! I am so honored to be an Ambassador for cabi clothing and their Fall 2022 Collection! And what a Fall line it is! So excited to share some pieces that are on my wish list this year and encourage you if you are not already familiar with cabi clothing, you will LOVE them. Their pieces are timeless, mix and match so well and of the highest quality! I have personally met some members of their executive team, and can I say they are every bit as precious in heart and soul as their designs are! Each one of them lives out the mission of helping women feel confident and look stylish doing it daily! And what a fun year to join the team as they celebrate 20 years creating business opportunities for their stylists and helping women look amazing head to toe like in this red complete top and chic jeans called The Skinny!!

How perfect is this outfit for now!! cabi’s accessories game is so strong! I mean just look at that Boss Belt and the Flashback Necklace. Lots of cute jewelry pieces!!

Today, I’m sharing why I love cabi so much and giving you a close-up look at a couple of my favorite looks from the Fall 22' cabi Collection. All Season long, I’ll be showing you how you can pattern mix and give you various ways to style these fabulous and fun pieces. This Evita Coat just may be my favorite of the collection!! And those Flashback Earrings just pop off the red!

FALL 2022 COLLECTION

The pieces this season are so fun and creative. I feel that cabi does the most incredible job at styling their creations with fun accessories to boot. As I mentioned, having been in the fashion industry for over 20 years, I impressed with not only their designs but how the cabi team styles their pieces in such fun, beautiful and unique ways.

I am literally swooning over these first few Fall outfits! As I was shooting these photos, I could literally smell pumpkin spice in the air and imagine crisp leaves under my feet! Just look at this outfit!! So FALL! These Cool it Crop pants are so chic and comfy! Pair them with the Mason Jacket with the contrasting hues on each side and Complete Top and you have you're ready for FUN!!
