Decorating for Fall! How I love it! Almost as much as decorating for Christmas but don’t worry I’ll wait, lol! I really was only going to decorate a couple areas inside this year but after I got going with the rusts and navy and cream, I was all about it!

You may remember from my Fall indoor decor posts, that I normally have a great big wreath with pumpkins that goes above the fireplace, but it just didn’t mesh well with the colors and the blue glass vases, so I just left up the fabulous Let’s Stay In wood sign as the focal for the fireplace.

Always like, adding in a little bit of lights somewhere and there’s something about setting a Pumpkin on top of a candle stick that makes me happy! You’ll see two of those pumpkin arrangements in the house that I made last year and this post. Big Velvet Pumpkin at Hobby Lobby, Little Rust, Dollar spot at Target!

I keep thinking I’m going to get another chair for this corner, but I just love it so much and it will be replaced by a Christmas tree in a couple months but just adding a rest, blanket, a fall pillow and some great stems and a big rattan vase looks so FALL fabulous.

Here's another cute corner. Velvet Pillow HERE, Hey Pumpkin HERE

Hall Tree

This was an area I wasn’t going to do but when I opened the upper cabinets, I saw that I had bought two navy and white pumpkin pillows from the dollar spot at Target, so I had to go with it. I had the perfect Pillow Covers to go behind. I got the 6ft Blue and Orange Fabric Pumpkin Garland at Michael’s. Just added in some Hobby lobby stems, and my spray painted me the pumpkins above that I had on the porch last year.

Console Table

This is very similar to last year, but adding in the velvet rust pumpkins made me so happy. Some of these items I had in a bedroom last year, but they worked just perfectly for my fall colors.

Dining Room

Saving my favorite for last! For some odd reason, I always think that napkins with napkin rings need to be on top the chargers and plates, but when I couldn’t find any napkin rings, I liked and have been eyeing the plates from Hobby lobby for the past couple years, I knew I was in luck when I found the metallic rust napkins to go under them. This came together so sweetly.

Not only do I love rust in my home decor, but I love it in my fashion, too, lol. What do you think of the colors? Do they blend nicely in the household? Do you have a favorite? Have you decorated inside for Fall yet? Or do you not and just wait til Christmas? Let me know!

Sweet September, how beautiful you’ve been so far!! But why are you half over? The twin girlies gave us some scares this week, but the amazing medical team is trying hard to get them to 34-36 weeks so continued prayers!! Mama (and Daddy) will be in the hospital now until delivery.

Hard to see in the 3D ultrasound, but you get the gist..they are BEAUTIFUL!

1. Weekend FunDay
We had the most beautiful weather last weekend! Sincerely, glorious! We decided to grab the girl Miss Stella again, and head up to Lake Michigan. It was a beautiful day for eating alfresco and enjoying the last bits of summer.

2. Halloween Decor
I don’t really decorate the house for Halloween anymore. I’m all about the Fall decor BUT I know a lot of you “BOO’S” (lol) who do! Walmart has the absolute cutest and affordable Halloween decorations that you must have! I've linked a bunch of it up here!

3. Spanx
It’s no secret, my love of SPANX is strong, and I especially love the AirEssentials line. I was overjoyed that they came out with some new fabulous colors for Fall! Just look at these 1/2 zip pullovers! This particular piece is my favorite of the line, and I love it in these new colors; spice and butterscotch!

5. Misc. Fun

As you may remember, when we built our house, we had some Amish craftsmen build 4 bunks in our bunk bedroom for future grandchildren!

See that Post HERE.

I just went with a neutral nautical theme, but since we know the first two are girls, I’m adding all the pink, yellow and coral, my friends! This actually blends nice with some of the navy, so I’ll keep some of that in case there are every little boys around too. Target has made kids rooms so easy with their line “Pillowfort!” I'll show the room to you when it's all done.

Have a wonderful weekend, my beautiful friends!

I'll be back Monday with a FALL Decor Post!!! Yay!!

It was back to our home away from home in Northern last weekend, and this time sweet Stella got to go! Here’s a little recap. The weekend was definitely a favorite. Lots of goodness plus some bonuses in this post!!

Stella and the Sunset

We could tell the Sunset was going to be beautiful our first night there and we were excited to get Stella out on the beach to see it.

Even better the 2nd night

Walks and Bike rides

Mr. Nine had gotten me a new bike from Coastline cycles, a great bike shop up there. I got the most darling basket to go on the front, but Stella did not like it so Mr. Nine found This Great One on Amazon and she went the 9 miles with us like a trooper! Of course, lots of walks too and Stella found that the beach with her litter box so to speak, lol.

OH, how Stella LOVED the Beach!

Coffee Breaks

I have a favorite coffee shop in town, and they had just made a batch of their homemade pumpkin spice syrup, so you know what I got, lol.

St. Ambrose

Always such fun going to the big red barn and listening to music. Stella just loved all the people watching. Outfit from Title Pic today as it was believe it or not, my favorite outfit of the trip! Shirt HERE

Furnace Street Distillery

It’s a fact that we love listening to live music so much that we went again another night and what a delight! Not only was the food truck there with wood fired pizzas and gelato but The cocktails were out of this world and just look how pretty!  The musician who performed was Jerome Forde, and his sweet wife was so precious, she is dancing & hula hooping the whole time behind him to all his songs! What a supportive wife! This is a new place that we will be going to a lot up there!

Watching the Notre Dame game of course

Kid's Maternity Shoot

Will you look at these precious maternity session photos! These made me smile, there were so many good ones and what a precious time in life to capture. I love them so much! Please continue to pray for the babies and parents! We are wanting those babies to stay in there as long as possible!

Have a wonderful weekend, my sweet friends!
