FRIDAY FAVORITES......ALL THE LOVE

Quite the week around these parts! We got beautiful snow, but the temps were so frigid the schools were closed, and I chipped a molar that will probably need a crown, good times! But here’s what’s crazy, I already have a dentist appointment on the books for a cleaning next Wednesday so he can assess it and wait until you I tell you hear the whole story, let’s just say the chip involved something that was going to be on their treat tray that I always take them next week, lol. But we’re having lunch with a couple kids tomorrow so things will look up and I hope warm up!

3. Snuggle Puppy

Ahh the sweet Snuggle Puppy!!!

I have heard dog owners rave about this and it was suggested to us that we get one of these when we bring our girl home next weekend. I shared it on Instagram and many of you said your doggies loved it. The heart already has a battery in it so when you put it in the Velcro underneath the dog where the heart would be, it mimics the mother’s heartbeat and pumps. There’s also heating packs that you can put inside the pup so it can keep your doggie warm. This is great for puppies, dogs with anxiety, scared of storms etc.

4. Lunch

It’s nice to start beginning to have lunch with friends again, pandemic permitting. There is a wonderful new café inside a restored hotel in our town called Relish! They have a pastry chef, serve my favorite local Refinery Coffee and their breakfast and lunches are fabulous!

Not only did I get to chat with a dear old friend of mine, but I ran into my cousin who I have not seen in 20 years.

LIVERPOOL LOVE

On Saturday Mr. Nine and I went on a date on a weather day with windchill in the teens. Brrr. But that didn’t stop us from getting some photos in our beloved Liverpool Los Angeles outfits! We laughed that these looked like engagement photos, lol! Hey, we can always renew our vows, ha ha Ha!

Anyway, it’s no secret that we both completely love Liverpool Jeans and all their clothing pieces. This gorgeous Fisherman's Shawl Collar Cable Cardigan looks so hip on my Mr. Nine! Add in the Kinston Modern Straight Knit Denim in dark wash and he looks downright handsome! He owns several pairs of Liverpool Jeans but the style is his favorite, so he got them in Black as well.

Oh friends, you know it’s no secret I love a cute back on a top! And this little Twist Back Knit Number filled the bill so nicely!

After photos we were both rewarded at a new Smashburger restaurant in a nearby town called Biebs and Ash! Our burgers were delicious, and they have a great photo op in the back with a leather couch & a sign that says, “you’re like really pretty.” You know we love our photo ops.

VALENTINE'S ON THE PORCH

Love is in the air! On the front porch and everywhere, lol! I change things up just a smidge this year and brought the topiaries in closer to the front door and I love it so much better!

I also added mesh, pink and red, above the front door and some additional hearts. I just loved how extra festive it looks this year!

Of course, I kept a red truck with some pink roses in it and instead of

doing a banner between the windows I did a big red heart.

We’ve had a little bit of snow recently and

I just love how it pops all the way from the road.

It’s so funny, I said I wasn’t even going to decorate the front porch again this year after Christmas but gosh it makes a good backdrop for photos for the blog or social media when I need them when it’s too cold or Covidy to go anywhere else, lol!

January is flying by with the speed of light, and I don’t know about you, but this Indiana girl needs to see some more sun! Going to be a sweet day as having brunch with one of my dearest friends and looking forward to a low-key weekend.

1. Birthday in Indy

Made a quick trip to Indy last weekend to see one of our boys and celebrate a birthday he had had! Was nice to catch up if it’s just for a few hours. Love seeing him and his sweet girl!

Then we saw our sister and brother-in-law as they live down there too! Their kids were at college but the pups were there. They have 2, 13 year old brother and sister doggies, Edwin & Molly. And they had just completed a bar in the basement. (not the dogs, lol)
