This is a very Happy Friday indeed! I’m finishing up the packing and I am in vacation mode before it even starts! I hope your week has been wonderful and you’re excited for some summer fun!
1. BIRTHDAY BOY & PIE
My beloved has a birthday Sunday. One year away from the big 5-0! The most fabulous news for him is that he gets to be on vacation in our favorite lake town to celebrate. Woohoo. I’m already thinking what we will do next year for the big one. It may fall on our vacay again, but it will be hard to top the fun party I threw him for his fortieth. True story, I hired DJ’s and one of them was a guy who stood me up for a semi-formal my jr. year of high school. While 20+ years later, He actually apologized. Lol. Anyway, I am beyond blessed to do Life with this birthday boy.
He is my partner, my best friend and I’m his biggest fan!

His favorite pie is rhubarb so every year my sweet mom makes him a pie with his initial on top. Her rhubarb its delicious and with a scoop of ice cream on top, well, Mr. Nine is a happy camper! I'll have her share her recipe sometime.

Sweet Daisy
Sweet Daisy is finally feeling better. She had been kind of sluggish, so we started her on the vet recommended CBD oil and after three weeks of antibiotic’s to heal up a mouth infection and having her teeth scaled, she seems to be feeling much better, she just loves rolling around in the grass in the sunshine!
Pineapple Tee
Did you know that yesterday was national pineapple day? I did not even know until my friend Lisa told me about it. Ironically right before I got her message, I had just purchased this adorable Lauren Conrad burn out T-shirt at Kohl’s. The little pineapples with the sequins are just perfect!
