I know there are probably some people out there who do not like pink, but I don’t really know them, LOL! All kidding aside, pink just makes me happy, and I think a lot of ladies, girls and teens would love to get some pink goodness under the tree!
I think it’s safe to say you know my love of YETI Products, we call ourselves a YETI family because we own dozens! They are just so darn practical and the new Limited Edition sandstone color is beyond beautiful! It really is like the color of the desert with the pink tint, a nice soft blush. Happy Friday! The good news is the weeks are going by faster and faster to get to the other side, LOL! But in reality, life is really just a new normal and we’re all in this together! I am a little melancholy again though because as you’ll see below, we’re missing another graduation tomorrow!
1. Our PURDUE Graduate Tomorrow was the Day
And this weekend would’ve been round 2 with the graduations. As many of you know, we have two college graduates this year and our hearts are just soaring as I’m shedding tears! This weekend would’ve been the Purdue graduation! This guy brings us pride and he too has a heart of gold! He will begin his official professional career in June with a position as a
Business Analyst..local gig, thank goodness. He rocked fraternity life with ZBT at Purdue, also got great grades and keeps us laughing.
This guy and his Barbie Jeep. Well, he grew up to buy a more masculine one a couple weeks ago of his very own since he has secured a job!!
I was lucky to talk the graduates into putting on their caps and gowns this past weekend and got some pictures together! I jumped in for one as well but we will be making trips to both campuses to get family photos later this summer. We will also be having a small family dinner with the girlfriends in tow to celebrate these guys in a couple weeks. Can’t wait. In a way this pic is funny but oh so sad....

Lemon Drops...yes please! This lemony goodness is better than any I’ve ever had in a restaurant! Oh, and I have huge exciting news regarding the yeti bartender to dear friends of mine Meranda and Lydia have created a Yeti Bartender theme song for me, and it is beyond brilliant. Meranda is a writer and wrote the lyrics and Lydia is part of a singing trio called Vintage Harmonies in New York, also with a solo career and has the voice of an Angel. As soon as the illustration is live, it will be the theme of the Yeti bartender at the beginning of each video and I’m so excited to share in a few weeks!

Happy Friday babes! I know, I know it’s hard! And to add to our fun Quarantine times has been Indiana weather that goes from 60s and sunny the windchill of 25 and snow on the ground! As I type this. 4 inches are predicted. Whaaat? We’re opening our pool next week. BUT, it’s all about finding little joys so I try to do that each and every day! I hope you will too!
1. Little Joys
Waking up and finding little joys every.single.day is what is keeping me sane! EASTER TABLE
As you know, I had done my Easter Tiered Tray but I had not brought out anymore Easter decorations. A few hours before Easter dinner, I grabbed the Easter tub and spruced up a thanksgiving centerpiece with eggs carrots and a bunny, I love the way it turned out and I had almost forgotten about my bedazzled carrot napkin rings!
HIBISCUS You know I love flowers and it’s getting close to time to plant our annual‘s. We have concerns about local greenhouses even being open and the process but the sweet owner of one of our small ones called me and not only has she already reserved me a couple tropical plants but she had five beautiful yellow hibiscus come in and that was exactly how many I needed (2 for mom) and she told me she put my name on them, so sweet!

Zooming with friends is such a fun thing to do now and Monday night, the Chicago girls, as I called them, and I had a virtual happy hour. I’ll share the cocktail I had in the next segment below.
2. THE YETI BARTENDER Peach Bellini Martini...and I'm on YouTube!!!
So, kids I’m doing something new, I’m doing a weekly video which I’m uploading to YouTube called “The YETI Bartender! Each week, I will make a delicious cocktail and since I do not own a martini shaker, I utilize our yeti tumblers as martini shakers with the MagSlider Lid and they work perfectly! Here is my first one from YouTube below (I hope you'll check it out) where I made a Peach Bellini Martini and it was delicious!
