Hi Loves. It’s been a great week. Today, I do have a dermatology appointment. I am hoping there will not be a biopsy because the spot is on my face, Eek!! BUT there’s another benefit to wearing masks, it will be covered to the public if I do have to have one or a removal, lol. Things are nuts out there kids, stay healthy and get this weekend started sweetly!
First off, how cute are these? And the name, The Comfy Original, is perfect because they literally are the comfiest! It absolutely is wearing a blanket and we could not keep our hands out of the cool front pocket! Our kids got us these and they were thrilled when we sent them the pictures and shared them on Instagram.
As you may have read in my post on Wednesday, we are getting a puppy! A sweet little girl and I am so excited! Waiting to share her name and breed with you but on this day, we drove a 2 Hour Dr. to meet her and enjoyed a wonderful brunch at the local diner we had found when we were in grand Rapids before. I had these thin sausage patties which I love and then balanced it out healthy with some sprout toast with butternut squash purée and a kale salad with toasted chickpeas, apple, shaved Parmesan, and pumpkin seeds! It was delicious and it wouldn’t be a cold winter brunch for me without a decaf Bailey’s and coffee, with whipped cream of course!
Never too early to start thinking about Valentine’s Day and I always feel like Nordstrom has some really cute and original items! I especially love the Kendra Scott Lip Necklace and Heart Earrings. AND YES to the Jammies.
Yes, our little doggie is going to need all the things and since we bring her home next month it’s fitting to grab a few valentine things. I’ll be wearing that Sweatshirt; the little Dog toys are so cute and the Pink Heart Blanket fabulous and cozy for the whole year through!
Oh, how I love this sweet top with the buttons on the side! Another son and his precious girlfriend got me this for Christmas along with a darling bracelet and I just love it! I did a poll on Instagram asking people if their family had good taste in clothes and 75% of you said no but I hit the jackpot in that my entire family is great at picking out cute things!
