Well, I'm into the busy busy "back at home" routine but grateful this will be a short week! However, my heart is still in Southern Florida and the amazing 80 degree + temps and cool ocean breezes. I knew I'd have to trade in my little dresses for 40 degree sweater weather and I'm ok with that, just wish I could head south a little more often. So, for today's fashion link up, I'm sharing my favorite look from mom's birthday trip. Of course, you knew I'd probably have to share an OTS, yep, a little off the shoulder ensemble to highlight the Florida tan.
Since it is November, I decided I wanted to take a pair of peep toe booties I've had forever and thought they accented this Chelsea28 paisley blouson dress perfectly. Plus they weren't so high to be uncomfortable walking to dinner! They were the perfect 2 1/4 inches.
While I normally don't like the cold shoulder trend, these split open sleeves were a fun, flowy touch. This dress was a tad shorter than I would like but black tights or leggings would be perfect. A choker necklace is a favorite of mine to pair with off the shoulder.
(I love this choker so much, under $10 & I have it in a red flower too!)
