1. APPLE CIDER GOODIES
I Love Apple Cider!! So how about some drinks and a sweet treat made with the goodness!!

3 oz. Apple Cider
1.5 oz. Apple Schnapps (not the sour kind)
1.5 oz. Spiced Rum
Garnish with Cinnamon Stick, Apple Slice and Light Brown Sugar on the rim of the glass
Mix cider, schnapps and rum, shake in an ice filled cocktail shaker OR warm just the cider with cinnamon on the stove. Pour a small amount of cider on a plate and a small amount of brown sugar on a second plate. Dip rim of glass in cider, shake off excess, dip in sugar. Pour mixed cider in glass (if served hot, pour cider and add alcohol after pouring and mix with a stirrer.) Slice an apple adding a small cut to the center and slide on the rim of the glass.
This one makes the whole house smell amazing!!
64 ounces or 8 cups apple cider
Six 3-inch cinnamon sticks
1 medium orange
2 tablespoons whole cloves
Additional cinnamon sticks for serving (optional)
Pour apple cider into a 2.5-quart or larger Crock Pot or other slow cooker. Add cinnamon sticks. With a toothpick, poke holes all around the
orange, about 1/2 inch to 1 inch apart. Carefully poke the cloves into
the toothpick holes in the orange. Place orange into the cider in the slow cooker. Cook on low until hot and spiced through, about 4
hours. Ladle into mugs, Place
a cinnamon stick in each glass if desired and serve.

2. JOGGERS
These are all so adorable!! Yet, I cannot decide if I am on board with them or not for Moi?
Our teen sons were wearing them last year but tell me they are still "in". What are your thoughts on them?
It's hard to pick a favorite, I like these all!
3. GIANT NIKE SHOE STORAGE BOX
Our oldest son is shoe obsessed. I think he's going to need this for college! Wait, I want one too! lol
4. PERFECT SHADE OF RED
Don't you just love it when you find the perfect shade of a color family you are loving? As I have mentioned, I am swooning over reds and burgundies this season. Merlot, Oxblood, Crimson, you name it.
JILL from Doused in Pink has on the most gorgeous Wine cardigan Yesterday.
And I still need to wear my Burgundy one again I wore HERE
I know these amateur pics do not capture the shade of red but I love this cardigan I found from the Loft.
Yep, had to buy some delicious Cider for the above recipes!!
5. FAMILY IN THE VINEYARD
Last weekend, My Aunt (my mom's baby sister) and Uncle were in town. They love their wine so what better way to spend the sunny 75 degree days than in the wineries and vineyards of Southern Michigan.
(little tip: Do not mix Sangria with Nutty Russians)
I hope your weekend includes all the things you LOVE!!
xoxo
