I BLEED GREEN

I say that for several reasons, one because we are diehard Notre Dame fans and secondly because remember, I’m 17% Irish, LOL! And there are times in my life when I’m completely drawn to Kelly green and this is one of them because I’ve seen so many beautiful pieces. I was so lucky to get two of them at such great prices from Target in this beautiful hue.

The cut, swing and fit of this ONE is just incredible! I especially love the neckline and another plus of these dresses is that they both have pockets!

 You know I’m a sucker for off the shoulder and a sucker for polkadots! This ONE is so fun and frilly and I love the ruffles!

My Favorite from last week was: 
I pick my sweet friend Shauna as a favorite a lot but that’s just because she probably is my favorite fashion blogger on the planet and I love everything she does but another reason I picked her today is because it’s her BIRTHDAY! The perfect all American girl to kick off the summer with! Go Wish her a Happy Birthday!

FRIDAY FAVORITES...WOULD'VE BEEN TWO

Happy Friday! The good news is the weeks are going by faster and faster to get to the other side, LOL! But in reality, life is really just a new normal and we’re all in this together! I am a little melancholy again though because as you’ll see below, we’re missing another graduation tomorrow!

1. Our PURDUE Graduate
Tomorrow was the Day
And this weekend would’ve been round 2 with the graduations. As many of you know, we have two college graduates this year and our hearts are just soaring as I’m shedding tears! This weekend would’ve been the Purdue graduation! This guy brings us pride and he too has a heart of gold! He will begin his official professional career in June with a position as a
Business Analyst..local gig, thank goodness. 
He rocked fraternity life with ZBT at Purdue, also got great grades 
and keeps us laughing.


This guy and his Barbie Jeep. Well, he grew up to buy a more masculine one a couple weeks ago of his very own since he has secured a job!! 

I was lucky to talk the graduates into putting on their caps and gowns this past weekend and got some pictures together! I jumped in for one as well but we will be making trips to both campuses to get family photos later this summer. We will also be having a small family dinner with the girlfriends in tow to celebrate these guys in a couple weeks. Can’t wait.

2. The YETI Bartender

Lemon Drops...yes please! This lemony goodness is better than any I’ve ever had in a restaurant! Make sure you check out the YouTube video below and I love how everything completely matched in this one, LOL! Oh, and I have huge exciting news regarding the yeti bartender to dear friends of mine Meranda and Lydia have created a Yeti Bartender theme song for me, and it is beyond brilliant. Meranda is a writer and wrote the lyrics and Lydia is part of a singing trio called Vintage Harmonies in New York, also with a solo career and has the voice of an Angel. As soon as the illustration is live, it will be the theme of the Yeti bartender at the beginning of each video and I’m so excited to share in a few weeks!




3. Pretty Jewelry

And Kendra Scott is one of my favorites and I think I found my favorite new hoop earrings! They make a statement, but they are light weight and I love the filigree gold design!

4. Target Haul
 Target Haul I was so excited to join some other Instagramers to do a Target Haul this week. Mine will go live on my Instagram stories today and these are a couple of the pieces. I always say Guns N’ Roses was the mascot of my high school, just kidding but they were the band of my senior year! And you know I love pink with the Top below.

I NEED A QUARANTINI

I Need A Quarantini! Man, I’ve been saying that a lot more than I normally do? These past couple months have been so surreal, haven’t they? Sometimes I still ask myself if this is really happening?

One fabulous thing to come out of it is my new YouTube series called The Yeti Bartender and although I’m not a huge drinker, probably only like one or two actual drinks a month, I must admit I’ve been indulging a little bit more with the kick off of this fun series!
And talk about fun! Have you seen all the fun T-shirts floating around in regard to social distancing and cute face masks and fun sayings such as this one! Darling! And we might as well embrace the new normal with some of these cuties in our more laid-back, comfy mask filled wardrobes!
