RAINBOW DRESS

Rainbow Bright and Dress Delight! To say I’m smitten with a dress is an understatement! I first saw this on my dear friend Missy and mentioned it on This edition of Friday Favorites. Well, I took it on our Chicago trip and it was perfect. So comfy, so colorful, and the best part....under $30! The fit is incredible, hangs just right, I can wear a regular bra and the bow tied in the front is so strategically placed...ya know, in case you want an extra slice of Chicago deep dish pizza and I did! LOVE this DRESS!

This Week our TBB Style Perspectives is skirts but I truly have way more dresses than skirts and the hem on this gem is sooooo cool that I just couldn’t wait to share it. The Rainbow trend is so fun and takes me back. The colors in the dress make it easy to accessorize and I had the perfect matching magenta pumps and earrings. The pom straw clutch had so many Poms complimenting the colors that it made this ensemble even more Summery.

And always remember, the rain brings the Rainbows!! On our way to get married in Gatlinburg, Mr. Nine and I saw numerous rainbows, even a doubler as I call it, and it has given us the Pot of Golden Love all these years!

BLOGGER UNIFORM & TBB STYLE LINK-UP

A few years ago, before I started blogging, I had this image in my mind that all blogger wore was stripes, hunters, vests and plaid scarves and I thought to myself, "when I become a blogger, I am not going to conform and wear the blogger uniform!" But truth be told, I kinda like it. I mean it's the way I like to dress in the Fall. It's comfy and this particular combo just pulled together so nicely.

Truth be told, it is still too hot to wear a scarf so most of this came off after the pictures except for the light weight sweater. And the jeans are actually capris.

When I got the Caslon Sweater from Nordstrom, I almost pulled the trigger on a $79 grey Utility Vest from the same brand but then my savvy shopper brain reminded me that I had seen one at Target from their new line: A New Day. The stuff is affordable, trendy, cute and well made.. I ended up ordering online as they were out of my size. Whenever there is a draw string involved, I go up one size. I know I can cinch it but I have that extra room for sweaters underneath. It was perfect and under $30

The scarf is one of my favorites ever from Nordstrom and only $22, it is not a heavy one at all as this girl gets hot so I like some lighter scarves.

The gloss red Hunter Boots are my most favorite foot ware purchase EVER!!!! I adore these things!
