MY CLOSET TOUR

Here it is, the “Hers” closet reveal. I know many of you have requested this and I am happy to share. I still don’t have it quite the way I want it arranged and now the winter shoes on the shoe wall have been replaced by some sandals and espadrilles. There's more decorating and organizing I want to do. I gotta admit however, there have been times I wanted to just lay on the floor and sleep in there, I love it so much. The builders were joking that my closet is bigger than Mr. Nine’s home office. Now, to be fair, he does have a “His” closet and mine was not originally supposed to be this big, it just kinda happened…and I am sooo glad it did.

In our old house, I literally had stuff in like 6 of our closets and I would forget where stuff was all the time. Now Mr. Nine can have the dresser all to himself and I have my own spots for everything. You may recall I wanted leopard carpet but no retailer here had any soft in design, the leopard was all kind of in your face so I stuck with our regular carpet and it was fine as I love it. The two transom windows are high enough so no one can see in but I have some natural light and can see the trees. The cabinet and shelving is perfect for my jewelry, taller boots, clutch purses and smaller bags. I'm also slowing adding a few pairs of flip flops in this area too.

The chandelier is perfect and I knew the center island would need a marble quartz top and tray for peonies flowers.

The mirror is fixed to a cabinet with shelving behind it and is where I keep my pajamas and work out clothes. Something else I did was slowly switch over to all white hangers along with several padded ones for some sweaters. Mr. Nine has all black hangers.
I love that they are all the same color.

Shoe wall heaven and then when you walk in, on the right is more shelving where I store some shoes in boxes. The pink bins from Home Goods & store things like belts and some scarves.
My jeans complete the shelves in-between.

The polka dot bins are also from home goods and store wine beanies, baseball hats and gloves.

The island is of course bras, undies, tights and shorts.

I will admit not all of it fits in the closet. However, at my garage sale in a few weeks, I plan on getting rid of TONS of clothes so hoping I won't need this overflow walk-in in my office/craft room for so many seasonal clothes.

I thank Mr. Nine all the time for giving me a dream closet and I count my blessings each day for hard work, dedication and dreams come true.
A HUGE Thank you to Rolando from Closet Craft for designing my space.
So in LOVE!
