I usually don't do a post on a Sunday but I'm feeling super festive and I started thinking about my favorite cocktail that I always have on Christmas Eve and thought I would share with you. It stems from one of the best holiday beverage inventions ever: Canada Dry Cranberry Ginger Ale!! Let me tell you this stuff is amazing! And I am not even getting an endorsement to say that, I just LOVE IT!! Sometimes it is very hard to find and trust me I am tickled pink when I do. This is the simplest and tastiest Christmas Cocktail ever!!
They sell it in 2 liter bottles and cans.
So So simple:
SPARKLY HOLIDAY COCKTAIL
Champagne or a Prosecco of your choice
Cranberry Ginger Ale
I like to pour half of each in my glass and throw a few cranberries in the bottom or a touch of cinnamon with a cinnamon stick, However, you can, like the picture below and just add a splash of the cranberry ginger ale to you Champs, garnish with raspberries, mint, cranberries, etc. Always love a red cocktail for the Holidays.
