CHRISTMAS CONFESSIONS

*Gasp...I have not watched ONE single Hallmark movie this season!

*Sooo many emails and it drives me nuts when you go to unsubscribe from an email, and they make you enter your email. LOL. If they sent you an email in the first place, then they should have that on file and kindly take you off ASAP.

*I do not like peppermint flavored drinks other than a minty tea. So, no white peppermint mocha for me.

*All the Santa’s I’ve seen so far this year look dirty and not fluffy and holly jolly, just pudgy and yucky.

*I made a bazillion different kinds of baked goods for treat giving, but I have to be honest, I did not make the candy popcorn. It was just a big bag I divided up for filler, LOL! #NotSorry

*I am crossing my fingers and toes that we get a white Christmas. It always wants to dump on us in January! 

Just send down some big fluffy snowflakes now please! #dumbglobalwarming

*I am obsessed with Christmas Trees, I have 17 total and confession, I bought another flocked one, but I am saving it for our master bedroom next year. Mr. Nine says our house looks like a Gift Shop…I’ll take that as a compliment, LOL! 

*I get extremely depressed the day after Christmas so I’m super happy we are going to be in a Gatlinburg cabin even if it is going to be 65 degrees.

*I didn't send a bundle of Christmas cards this year. Usually I send over 100. We didn't get a family photo this year for cards for the first time in years and kids, I had to cut out at least one thing, but do I feel a tad guilty? YES!! 
Last year's glow will have to do, lol!

*I am not finished wrapping presents! For a girl who is on top of it, this year, the wrapping fell way behind me!

*This girl needs a break from the blog and social media. I may just do that. I work more hours at this bloggy gig than I did when I was in the professional world.

*BUT You are the reason I keep on blogging. When just one person says I’ve helped them, they’ve related, made a recipe of mine or just put a smile on their face, well, it’s all worth it.

2. Santa Purse Restored

My sweet mom to the Santa person bought the back of the rescue! Remember when I lost my Santa purse balls in Chicago? Well my mom happened to still have a similar purse, only in brown, that had the same balls on it, so she was able to transfer those and sew the straps for me. Her balls were much cleaner, LOL as my purse fur is a little dingy but I am so happy to have this cutie back in my life! Big thanks to my precious mama!

GOLDEN RE-CREATION & LINK-UP

1 WEEK until the most joyous day on earth!! Today I bring you one more re-creation!! You know when I see a fashion pin and love an outfit that often times, I must re-create it. I haven’t done that as much this year, so I thought I’d bring you ONE more to end 2019 with a bang! 

I have been all about the pleated skirts this year, especially the midi ones. In fact, I show two here because I has a hard time choosing between 2. I knew when I got these pearlized taupe sneakers from Secret Celebrity, I knew that a gold hued skirt would be so fun. And of course, in line with a Pinterest pin I had admired. Soooo, what do you think?

CHRISTMAS HOME TOUR...INSIDE & OUT

I love sharing holiday Decorations! And to think I thought that getting my decorations all done early will give me more time to relax and enjoy the season, Ha! I haven’t sat down since. And because life is so busy, I’m going to let the pictures do the talking. And I don't want you to have to scroll through hundreds of pics because ain't nobody got time for that right now, lol, so not everything is here, but it's a decent chunk.

The outside didn’t change that much I just added the urns I made, some more lanterns and another tree and buffalo plaid balls.

I made these Urn arrangements and  I LOVE them.

The inside is similar to last year but of course I’ve added more trees including this girly one in my glam area that is a favorite. And of course, you’ve seen the hall tree area which is another buffalo plaid beauty!

I kept the laundry room simple with Black and white Buffalo Checked and greens.

The Christmas Bedroom (read about it last year HERE) is always cozy and inviting.

Of course, the BIG tree is the star of the show and most of you probably know the Balsam Hill ordeal, lol!

My favorite new tree…the glam tree…next year I am doing a silver and blue shimmery tree for our master bedroom. Adding a new tree each year until I say “no more,” lol

I literally cannot believe this is the last full week before Christmas. Why oh why? Hoping to grab a day to soak it all in this week; hoping and praying! 

I thought it appropriate to share a festive outfit with you at on the porch to end the tour. This triple tree cutie from Mountain State monograms is so soft and I love that they are buffalo plaid and leopard! here are the sneakers I showed you on Friday and I thought they complemented the outfit perfectly but I dressed up a little bit with the fabulous Spanx leggings!
