TRIFLE TALK TUESDAY

Happy Tuesday Friends! As we speak, Mom and I are on our way home from Marco Island, Florida and I can't wait to tell all you sweethearts about it! In the meantime, last week I started plotting out some Holiday recipes and I spied my coveted Trifle Dish. My Obsession with the trifle dish started with my crunch parfaits including the Strawberry Crunch Parfait.

So, I thought let's do a Trifle Talk Tuesday
Gosh do I ever love a beautiful Trifle dessert! To me, it's the ultimate in dessert presentation for your family and guests! It's grandeur and layered goodness represents such love put into a sweet treat! I've included 6 of my Favorite Trifles of the past that may inspire you to create one of your own this fine Holiday season! I'll highlight what I love about each of these beauties.

RED VELVET WHITE CHOCOLATE TRIFLE
This happens to be my most favorite Trifle I have ever made and it packs such a pretty Holiday punch with the mint leaves and raspberries for garnish. The cream layer...oh the cream layer!!

My Recipe HERE

PUMPKKIN SPICE TRIFLE
You knew I had to include a Pumpkin Spice Trifle!! The crispy gingersnaps add the perfect complement to the light, pumpkin filling.

BROWNIE TRIFLE
This is the easiest one of them all to create and well, brownie, duh!! It’s addicting.

PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE TRIFLE
This concoction means a lot to me. I mean, you all know my love for all things pineapple. The cream and Pudding layers are sooo good! This was one of those I didn’t want to share and kept going to the fridge with my spoon.

TURTLE CHEESECAKE TRUFLE
Another easy one and caramel and chocolate and pecans..oh my! I have always loved Turtle desserts!

PEPPERMINT CHEESECAKE TRIFLE
The mint Oreos in this one add the perfect touch of green to the red velvet and peppermint red! Soft and tasty yet with substantial crunch to please the palate.

  1. Oh sweet friend you have so many wonderful trifle options for us! You know I made your pineapple trifle and it was a huge hit! I make a brownie trifle for the girls at work and they love it - so simple but delicious and just beautiful! There's just something about a trifle that's extra special - just like you! Hope your week is a great one and can't wait to hear all about the birthday celebration for the sweetest momma!

  17. You know I don't think I've ever had a trifle...hmmm...must change that. I think I never had it because I don't like whipped cream? Not sure why not, next time I come across one, I'm going to try it. :) Have a great time with your mom!

  20. Can't wait to hear about the birthday trip! These trifles all look delicious and beautiful too. Thanks for pulling all the recipes together. I have never had a trifle bowl, and am adding it to my Christmas wish list. I am buying/wishing for lots of updated things for our new kitchen. On Walmart.com, they have the anchor trifle bowl with 4 cute mini-trifle bowls for the same price. Would be fun for serving them, making mini-trifles, or making sundaes. Have a terrific Tuesday!
