I like big......cookies and I cannot lie! Well, I do sometimes
just want a big ole' soft and chewy cookie, then I'm usually satisfied with
just one. I think it's the novelty of biting into a jumbo cookie, oddly it
makes me feel special.

Remember a few weeks ago, I made the 3 Chip Pumpkin Cookies with the new
Nestles Triple Chips? Well, I liked those so much that I wanted to try them in
these. But I have a confession to make: these are actually 4 chip cookies, not
just three. I can tell you this, it's beginning to look a lot like cookies over here. But since I used a baff of the 3 chip cookies, I called theme 3 chip cause it has a better ring to it, the extra chips were just cause well, I wanted to get rid of the partially used bag of milk chocolate ones, lol! Made a batch this weekend for the freezer. The cookie plates may be a little sparse this year with the Holiday timing of the move but never fear, homemade goodies will still me created in the Nine household, wherever that may be. Christmas is just not Christmas without the cookies!!
What you'll Need
JUMBO 3
CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) salted butter
1 1/4 cups granulated white sugar
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 bag Nestles Triple Chip baking chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the
flour, baking soda and baking powder; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix
the butter and sugars, add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Slowly add in the
flour mixture, adding small amounts at a time until mixed. Fold in the chips.
Using a 1/4 measuring cup, drop even measuring cupful 2 inches apart on
ungreased baking sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes until just beginning to brown on
top. Set two minutes on sheets to cool before transferring to waxed paper.
Makes about 2 dozen jumbo cookies.
