FRIDAY FAVORITES.......SWEET SPRING EDITION

Happy Sweet Spring Friday Friends of mine!!! Spring is definitely in the air, while Thunderstorms have rolled through here the past couple days, the grass is so green, the trees are a blooming something beautiful and bunny rabbits hop around our yard. Mr. Nine was gone part of this week on business. Every.Single.Time he is gone something goes wrong. This time, The storms knocked our TV dish reception out cold for 2 days and I realized how much I love TV or least having it on, lol. A cold front comes in this weekend but then after that I hear May will be above normal temps. I'll take it. Are you doing anything fun this weekend? I hope it's awesome and sweet!!

1. Having my LOVES Home
Well, the Spring Finals are upon them and my babies will be home for 3 months in 2 weeks from this weekend. This past weekend we got a taste of what summer will be like with these 3 wild and crazy guys all together in one house again!! AND all 3 have employment for the Summer!

  8. Isn't that always the way?! Something always happens when they are gone! That's so exciting that your boys will be done with the first year in two weeks! Crazy that it's that time of the year already. And yay that they all have jobs for the summer, that's awesome. Have a great weekend, Andrea!

  9. Good on you for having those boys get jobs! I know so many college kids who enter the real world with zero work experience. I think my students are getting sick of seeing me in my jean jacket on the daily- I live in it! Have a fun weekend!

  10. I bet you cannot wait for the next two weeks to go by! How fun!! That is great that they all have jobs. A coworker's daughter is coming home in a few weeks and she decide that she doesn't want to work this summer, she just wants to rest. I was a little taken aback by that because all the college students I know, all work over the summer. It also helps to keep the boredom at bay but what do I know I'm not a mom.

  11. I love those polka dot dresses on you! I also don't know how I ever lived without a denim jacket. Best layering piece ever! :-) And so sorry but did I miss that it was your birthday?! If I did, I hope that it was amazing!!! Your boys are so cute too. Have a wonderful weekend!! :-)

  12. Love Nandine!!!!
I am struggling to find a good fit with a jean jacket. Its either too long, or bulky or the wrong shade of color - I'm always on the hunt.

  30. So happy to hear you had all your boys home for Easter! Bittersweet that they're away from you but pursuing their dreams which is important. Love your black dress with the jean jacket and how gorgeous are those blooming purple plum bush. You don't see that around here so I love seeing the foliage in the different states.

  33. A summer job is good for everyone in the household. Keeps the kids busy plus a little jingle in their pockets. I have known people whose teen boys spent their days getting up at the crack of 2 pm and ordering pizza, watching TV and playing video games. The deviled eggs look yummy. When we get our new hens and they start laying, that will be on our menu. Pineapple upside down cake...nom nom nom...need to see if I can find a paleo version. Your outfits are cute (as always!). It is very cool here too; we even turned the furnace back on. Hope the colder temps don't hurt my lilacs and roses, which are just budding. Enjoy your weekend. xoxo

  35. Happy Weekend, Andrea!!! Omg, the same thing happens when Joey goes away for business...something always happens - this past time, my car battery died and I had to ask like 4 of our neighbors to help me get my car out of the garage so we could re-start it. Haha! I love the black dress with a jean jacket layered over...it's so stylish and you pull it off beautifully! xo
