Making it
short and sweet...go get your Nog on Precious friends!
1. BOYS Under One Roof
You know how happy it makes me to have all the kids together. What a help they have been. Cherish these times!
The college boys couldn't even wait to cuddle before we got the bunks set up.
So excited to share life in person again!

2. Sugar and Spice Pecans
I meant to share this recipe on Tuesday for Tasty Tuesday but I didn't get shots so I snapped this one to add today because you really might want to make these for the Holidays! THEY ARE THE BOMB! My mom and I both make them every year. The recipe is from a dear co-worker of mine who was killed in a car accident about 12 years ago and so I make them every year in her honor.

4. Red Poncho
I LOVE my red poncho. My favorite way to style it was HERE but jeans, a white tee, Hunter's and a hair tie will work too. This is the last photo taken at the old house.

Baking My Spirits Bright My dear friend Kellyann from This Blonde's Shopping Bag thought of the perfect gift to send me. She knows I love to bake as does she and so these were the perfect gift for the new home. Plus, I’ve added a touch of red to the kitchen for Christmas and needed oven mitts and dishtowels. This gal is the real deal and has become a dear friend of mine.

First Selfie in new Closet
So, it's obvious I suck at Selfies but I couldn't resist one in the new closet. The marble island top gets installed today. I had to laugh because this was the only angle I could get where there wasn't a complete mess in the background. #organizingnewclosetgoals. I was sporting the outfit from Wednesday but added some festive red to it for a morning of last minute shopping. I look so beat down, wore down so trying to stay as festive as possible.
Thank you to Rolando from Closet Craft for making my dreams become reality.
Can't stop adding Christmas Decor
I just love how this vase turned out! Waiting this late, I got all the stems 70% off, woohoo! The Vase, Target $9.99
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Those pecans look amazing and I am a HUGE pecan fan... such a huge fan that I probably only have a cup or so of them left in the house but I will be pinning this recipe and making them. I can imagine topping my salad with them in summer with some fresh strawberries and blueberries; yum!

ReplyDeleteWell, you look "fresh as a daisy" to me but I'm sure you are weary and worn from this past week. I am weary and worn as well from the busyness of this past week while our daughter and grandsons were here. I'm ready to chill out for a day or two and then I'll be ready to roll again. Merriest of Christmases Andrea!
ReplyDeleteThose pecans look delicious. It's clear from the photos that your boys just love each other. Hope you have a peaceful Christmas...hope you'll be able to slow down, get some rest, and just soak in the memories with your family. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteYour guys are so cute, it's nice to have that muscle in the house, especially at Christmas when you need the help with the tree, trash, and moving of the furniture to make room for company!
