Welcome you Fine Friends to another Link-Up week of Style Perspectives with The Blended Blog. The prompt this week was a Pattern Blouse and Neutrals. For me, black is about as neutral as it gets, especially since this peasant blouse from Target had black in the pattern. With it being Spring I still had to add a few little pops like the Rebecca Minkoff clutch and can never resist a bouquet of fresh flowers in the Spring.
